The Consumer Lending Systems Manager leads a team that supports the credit union's consumer lending operations through system integrations, vendor management, loan pricing and market research, and portfolio performance reporting. As a key contributor to the Coastal team, your responsibilities will be:
(30%) System Integrations & Technology
* Oversee the implementation and optimization of consumer lending platforms, driving enhancements through advanced technologies and leveraging artificial intelligence to improve integrations with core systems.
* Partner with internal business units and vendors to ensure smooth deployment of new technologies.
* Stay current on emerging technologies, system upgrades, and modifications; develop recommendations to enhance system capabilities; and lead all system upgrades and installations, including developing and executing test plans, and documenting outcomes to ensure successful implementation.
(20%) Vendor Management
* Manage relationships with lending technology providers, credit bureaus, and other third-party vendors to ensure optimal efficiency and service.
* Serve as the primary owner and lead for consumer lending systems, ensuring full integration of systems and processes that support underwriting, processing, funding, and post-closing activities for vehicle loans, credit cards, personal loans, and home equity loans. Systems may include Meridian Link, First Close, Zest, Clutch, Dealertrack, RouteOne, and Origence.
(20%) Loan Pricing & Product Support
* Compile, produce reporting, present recommendations to management, and maintain competitive loan pricing across indirect and direct auto, personal loans, credit cards and home equity loans.
* Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new lending products and make recommendations to management accordingly.
* Lead all campaigns for acquisition, recapture, and utilization for all consumer lending products.
(15%) Portfolio Assessment & Analysis
* Monitor loan portfolio performance, including delinquency, yield, turn times and risk metrics. Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership to guide strategic decisions.
(15%) Team Leadership
* Represent Consumer and Indirect Lending on enterprise-wide projects, ensuring systems and needs are considered in broader organizational initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Serve as a central point of contact for business units, internal stakeholders and vendors for supplier onboarding, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, purchase releases, catalogue buys and procurement cards for the procurement of all products, goods, and services.
Assist Sourcing Managers as needed with execution of new and existing Credit Union contracts, agreements, and statements of work to achieve optimal terms and pricing as well as mitigate overall risk and ambiguity.
Provide timely review of all purchase requests for completeness ensuring appropriate levels of approval have been obtained.
Determine if existing contracts and or agreements are currently in place. Work with the Sourcing Category team on spend category strategies and plans as required.
Ensure suppliers are efficiently and effectively onboarded via our supplier portal within the established processes, procedures, and controls.
Prepare and solicit RFX's from suppliers as required. Assist with RFX engagements, understanding project requirements, evaluating potential bidders, and creating the RFP package for submission, reviewing vendor submittals, and taking proactive steps in the negotiation process to mitigate risk and guarantee performance by the vendors.
Communicate, support and partner with IT, Asset Request Management (ARM), Accounts Payable (AP), Operations, Facilities and Branches to manage, streamline and improve the Source to Pay (S2P) and other applicable internal processes.
Monitor and resolve vendor issues related to delivery, customer service and invoice discrepancies. Work with Accounting and business partners to ensure POs and invoices match for payments and PO closure.
Assist with various reporting: spend, cost avoidance/savings, supplier management platforms and programs.
Requirements:
Excellent communications skills and strong customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously effectively & efficiently.
Experience in Word, Excel, and Power Point, as well as ERP systems.

The Post Closing Reconciliations Specialist provides post closing audit review of loan documentation within the real estate loan delivery process under supervision. In order to maintain strict compliance with federal, state and local regulatory lending guidelines and SECU lending policies, review is completed on all signed closing documentation, supporting documentation collected during loan processing and underwriting, and closing fee consolidation reports. Essential Responsibilities:
(35%) Complete audit review of executed real estate closing packages and supporting loan documentation to verify regulatory compliance and SECU policies, ensuring fair and responsible lending as well as accurately secured lien-position and collateral.
