Bob was a pilot and an engineer in the Air Force, stationed at Eglin Air Force Base in 1968.
In 1973, Bob and Edna Hudgens opened Coastal Realty Services.
Coastal Realty Services is a local family-owned company, founded in 1973.
Bob seized the opportunity to expand his business with the formation of Coast Realty in 1976, offering property management, retail development and other related construction services to tenants and owners alike.
Since 1992 Georgia Coast Realty, Inc. is a local real estate brokerage corporation offering complete sales, rental and management services to Coastal Georgia.
Bob has served as the Vice Chair and was appointed as the Trustee Chairman for 2015 of the Real Estate Party Action Committee (RPAC), a national committee formed to affect public policies and legislation related to Real Estate.
Bianca became a member of the Coastal team in 2020.
Joan joined Coastal Realty in May of 2021 as part-time CAM at St Augustine Beach and Tennis Club.
