    Coater Operator - 1st and 3rd shift available Pay: $19/hr. - $21.00/hr. Seeking Coater Operators to join the 3rd shift team. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined and eager to learn. Full training is provided for individuals motivated to develop their technical and production skills in a stable, growth-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Operate coating machinery according to established specifications and production requirements. Set up, adjust, and monitor equipment during production runs. Perform visual and dimensional quality checks to detect defects. Calculate material yields and record production data accurately. Follow all safety procedures when working around rotating equipment and pinch points. Assist with equipment maintenance, material handling, and line cleanup as needed. Skills & Knowledge Experience with Gravure, Roll, or web coating processes (preferred). Ability to measure to 1/32” with a ruler and +/-.005” with calipers or micrometers (preferred). Familiarity with tools such as rulers, shears, calipers, micrometers, spanner wrenches, and basic hand tools. Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability. Physical Requirements Frequently lift up to 70 lbs and occasionally move materials exceeding 100 lbs. Maintain strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
