Job Description The Coating Operator is assigned to work on a coating line and may work in one or more workstations including the face unwind, liner unwind, die, main console/winder, and quality lab. The Line Operator is responsible for leading machine set-ups and changeovers, problem-solving, coordinating PM's, making decisions on machine adjustments. The role is on B shift, 3:20pm-11:30pm M-F. Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities: Activities and duties may vary dependent upon site-specific needs. Essential functions may include, but are not limited to: Load raw material into machine and unload finished product. Determine and control the machine cycle varying and modifying as necessary. Meet production schedules and program production sequences for optimal productivity.
