In my experience the cons of working with Coates was not having one on one time with the office personnel initiall to get to know them personally. They still were the most considerate and helpful team I have worked with.

What I like best about the leadership is that they are personable. They want to know you and treat you with respect no matter why you contact them.
How would you improve Coates Field Service's culture?
I would encourage in person contact between the field employees and the head office employees at the start, not easy to do in this field, but it is nice to meet the people you will work with so closely during your new hire period.
How did you prepare for the Coates Field Service interview?
I prepared as I always do. I looked into the company's rating with people who have worked with them. I asked a lot of questions and let them know, when I submitted my resume, I was willing to do revisions in format should they require for their client.
