Pros of working at CoBank

Nothing

Cons of working at CoBank

Make sure you don't have anything negative in your personal life happen before starting, like finding out your dog has terminal cancer and less than 6 months to live 3 days before starting. Because they will decide that you are uninterested in the position (without ever talking to you) and fire you after 3 days.
