Very biased environment, there is an “elite” group of older employees who will never make space for newer employees. Unclear expectations with no formal guidance / training on your job duties. Managers favor their favorite employees.

Friendly environment, All benefits offered as FT. Nice facility great physical location if one can afford cost of living per locale.

Cons of working at CoBank

Being that it is a bank operation, the lack of a more broad opportunity to move around. Corporate wishywashy without a better flexible firm direction. Very nice employees, poor business operational mgmt. model from thetop down.
