Observes records and reports to the physician and program personnel the patients' reaction and treatment and any changes. Required Qualifications License and current registration to practice as a Physical Therapist in New York state. Graduate from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association. A minimum of 1-year experience in a hospital or long-term care facility as a Physical Therapist Experience working with a pediatric population is required.
