Chop Shoppe & Salad Bar Preparation & Presentation * Prepare, cut, portion, and package fresh ingredients according to established recipes, production lists, and food safety standards. * Ensure the salad bar is fully stocked, visually appealing, and maintained to company quality standards throughout the day. * Monitor product quality and freshness; remove and replace items that do not meet standards. * Label, date, and rotate products to ensure proper first-in, first-out procedures. Food Safety & Sanitation * Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary Chop Shoppe and salad bar area, prep spaces, and equipment in compliance with state and company food safety requirements. * Complete temperature checks, product logs, and cleaning checklists accurately and on schedule. * Ensure all utensils, containers, and serving equipment are properly sanitized and in good working order.
