The Asphalt Paving Superintendent oversees and supervises personnel and activities associated with the paving division of the company to meet production schedules and quality specifications, utilizing complex problem-solving skills along with strong client and colleague interaction skills. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered. * 3 years of safety, operations, or distribution experience within an industrial environment. * Proven experience designing and implementing OSHA, EPA, and DOT compliance programs, including development and oversight of safety programs and regulatory reporting. * Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with employees, contractors, and management at all levels. * Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
