Position Summary:
The Cardiovascular Sonographer II Echocardiographer plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered cardiovascular care. This position is responsible for independently performing comprehensive echocardiographic studies using multiple imaging modalities to support accurate diagnosis and treatment. Youll apply advanced technical expertise, critical thinking, and compassionate communication while working in a supportive, team-oriented outpatient environment.
What You'll Do:
Perform high-quality echocardiographic examinations in accordance with departmental standards and IAC protocols
Independently conduct advanced echo procedures, including:
Imaging enhancement agents
Saline contrast (bubble studies)
Portable and stress echocardiograms
Strain imaging
Assisting with transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) procedures
Accurately document patient data and exam results using the electronic information management system
Ensure proper documentation and billing compliance for all procedures performed
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
Serve as a resource for learning by assisting with the orientation and training of students and team members
Provide patient-focused care with clear communication and sound clinical judgment
Adapt to and learn new equipment and technologies as they are introduced

Requirements
Education:Graduated from an accredited cardiovascular technology program or diagnostic medical ultrasound program. Extensive experience may substitute training.
Experience:Minimum of 2 years' experience in cardiac ultrasound or dual registered, proficient in echo and vascular.
Certification:BLS (American Heart Association/Basic Life Support) required. Registered with American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers in Adult Echocardiography (RDCS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International in Echocardiography (RCS) required.

Meet or exceed labor budget KPI's such as labor cost, per pound, bags per minute, etc.

Serve as the primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to equipment quality, customer service, or accidents on-site.
Communicate customer issues with the operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.

Description
PM Pediatric Care is hiring Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) with significant pediatric or urgent care/ER experience to join our team. Under the guidance of the local clinical leaders, APPs are responsible for evaluating and providing evidence-based treatment to pediatric patients in an urgent care setting.
Provide expert assessment and treatment of acute injuries and illnesses for both in-person and telemedicine patients, including but not limited to the management of the febrile infant/child, ear/nose/throat infections, pediatric abdominal pain, anaphylaxis, procedural anxiolysis, respiratory distress, croup, and asthma.
Perform common urgent care procedures, including but not limited to abscess drainage, foreign body removal, and laceration repair with sutures, staples, and dermal adhesive.
Obtain and provide preliminary interpretation of radiographs with radiologist over-reads -- (only in applicable states). All necessary training will be provided.
Oversee daily operations and patient flow for both in-person and telemedicine visits, with oversight of other providers, staff, and trainees on shift.
Ensure efficient operations by adhering to established policies and procedures and proactively report any necessary changes to the management team.
Collaborate with both on-site and telemedicine teams to assure completion of daily tasks, including but not limited to lab and radiology result review, patient follow-up, and timely responses to patient calls and questions.
Promote a safe, secure, equitable and healthy work environment by enforcing safety protocols, upholding quality standards, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping patient care information confidential in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Update knowledge and skills through our internal training program, continuing education opportunities, professional publications, and participation in professional organizations.
Actively contribute to service recovery efforts by assisting staff and patients with complaints.
Focus on efficiency metrics to improve in-person and telemedicine urgent care flow, antibiotic stewardship, and patient experience.
Qualifications

Summary of Responsibilities
A Behavioral Health Practitioner (BHP) works under the direction and supervision of a Clinical Manager, providing community-based behavioral health services to individuals with psychiatric illness, substance use issues and/or co-occurring disorders. It may include telehealth services utilizing both audio and visual communication with individuals. BHPs provide individual, family and group counseling, crisis intervention, conflict resolution, initial assessments to determine level of care, treatment planning, case presentations, presenting psychoeducational information to individuals regarding diagnosis, symptoms, medications, relapse prevention and safety planning. The BHP provides services to both children and adults. This role will play a critical leadership position within the U.S. Commercial Compliance team supporting the U.S. Corporate Card Programs including vPayment, Business Travel Account, Expense Management & Travel Partnerships, @Work, Corporate Account Setup and Spend Enablement, as well as the U.S. issued Global Dollar Card. This person will provide strategic compliance oversight and effective challenge to ensure business strategies and initiatives are compliant with applicable laws, rules and regulations for Corporate commercial products, capabilities and offerings. The compliance efforts for this position will have a particular focus on product development, marketing strategies, risk management initiatives, rewards and benefits, and customer communications.
**Job responsibilities include:**
+ Provide effective challenge over business processes and controls aimed to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with regulatory and policy requirements.
+ Effectively inform on the development and implementation of policy and regulatory requirements in the areas of UDAP, general card practices, general banking, and other relevant federal, state and local regulations.
+ Play a critical role within each of the Compliance program elements of the Compliance Target Operating Model, covering BU support functions.
+ Oversee and effectively challenge on applicable regulations and policies, monitor performance and emerging risks to assess the efficacy of mitigating controls, procedures and practices within the business.
+ Collaborate with key compliance subject matter experts as well as partners across the Enterprise, such as the General Counsel's Organization, Audit and Operational Excellence groups.
**Qualifications**
+ Deep regulatory knowledge of the financial regulations applicable to U.S. corporate card products including UDAP.
+ Prior credit card industry, compliance, legal or risk experience is a plus.
+ Strong relationship and leadership skills with proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
+ Ability to exercise good judgment in the development and pursuit of compliant solutions.
+ Prior experience of leading and developing high performing teams is a plus.
+ Excellent written, verbal, research, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong project management skills, ability to lead multiple projects and support multiple priorities simultaneously.
+ Demonstrated ability to make decisions independently, work well under pressure, meet deadlines and adapt easily to frequent change.
+ Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Salary Range: $123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefits

Key Responsibilities
Policyholder Retention & Support
Make outbound and receive inbound calls to existing ACA members to review their coverage and encourage policy retention.
Conduct annual and periodic coverage reviews with customers to ensure plans still meet their needs and budget.
Proactively identify customers at risk of cancelling or lapsing and provide solutions to retain their business.
Educate members on plan benefits, networks, and basic ACA concepts (premium tax credits, cost-sharing reductions, etc.) without providing tax or legal advice.
Enrollment & Renewal Assistance
Assist customers with ACA renewals, plan changes, and updates during Open Enrollment and Special Enrollment Periods.
Verify and update customer information to maintain accurate records (income, household size, contact details, etc.).
Help members understand important deadlines and the impact of changes on their coverage and subsidies.
Compliance & Documentation
Follow all CMS, marketplace, and state regulatory guidelines for ACA enrollments and member communications.
Accurately document all customer interactions, retention efforts, and outcomes in the CRM and/or agency management system.
Protect customer privacy and handle all PHI and PII in compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
Collaboration & Performance
Work closely with sales, service, and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Meet or exceed retention, call quality, and productivity targets.
Provide feedback and insights on customer trends, common issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
Qualifications
Required
Active Health Insurance Producer License in [State] (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
1-2+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or retention, preferably in health insurance or financial services.
Working knowledge of ACA individual and family plans (on- and off-exchange), or strong willingness to learn quickly.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and empathetic phone presence.
Ability to explain complex information in simple, clear language.
Comfortable working with call metrics, KPIs, and performance goals.
Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM or agency management systems.
Preferred
Prior experience working with ACA enrollments on Healthcare.gov or a state-based marketplace.
Experience in a call center or high-volume customer contact environment.
