She was the one who decided to venture into the instant coffee sector for Trung Nguyen in 2003, making a significant leap for a group that was already famous for roasted ground coffee at the time.
That one opened in 2012 under Trung Nguyen Group.
To exemplify why this matters: Starbucks entered Vietnam in 2013 and introduced Dalat Blend, a Vietnamese coffee brand, to its cafes worldwide.
Passionate and concerned for the Vietnamese coffee bean’s development, in 2015, Madame Le Hoang Diep Thao wrote another historical chapter for Vietnamese coffee.
King Coffee, the new Trung Nguyen brand launched in 2016, continues to promote the authenticity of Vietnamese coffee.
