Job:
Packaging Operator: 3rd shift
in Shakopee, MN

• Have a passion and enthusiasm for coffee
• Minimum two years of roasting experience on a drum raster
• Ability to use a profile roasting system
• Concentration and focus while doing a repetitive job
• Ability to listen, learn and act accordingly
• Willingness to learn from mistakes to grow and enhance skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize daily and weekly tasks
• Demonstrated prole solving skills

Pay Range:
$23 - 26/hr DOE
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 10:00am - 6:00am

A Typical Day Includes:

• Operating roasting machine.
• Fulfillment of daily coffee orders
• General organization of the roastery; cleaning and other duties as needed
• Helping where needed
• other duties as assigned

• Physical Demands
• Ability to lift/move 10-50 pounds continuously. Requires varying degrees of pushing, pulling and lift to move boxes. Occasionally perform difficult manipulative tasks. Able to perform tasks requiring action of muscles or groups of muscles such as walking and stooping. Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time (eight-hour shift).
