Responsibilities
* This position is responsible for leading a sales team of Sales Managers along with their reps.

General Summary of Position:
As a Solutions Success Manager, your primary focus, will be to take a network design for a given customer and facilitate full implementation of such design into their existing network architecture. This will include facilitating technical calls with the customer and Granite resources, documenting physical connections, and aiding in the building of configuration profiles. You will work closely with the client to build a strong relationship and ensure overall customers satisfaction for the extent of the client's account with Granite and support any technical moves, adds or changes while updating reference architecture in Granite's systems accordingly.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Implement new network architecture with Granite products to customer satisfaction
Lead/Drive technical calls with customers regularly with other Granite resources/teams
Document agendas, deliverables, diagrams, configurations, and the like
Assist customers in any new initiatives, moves, adds, or changes for account lifecycle
Facilitate troubleshooting or problem solving as challenges arise
Steer customer into best practice operatives within Granite's advanced data/network services
Coordinate resources to help support all technical aspects of a customer's needs
Answering product related queries in a timely manner
Support customer onboarding of new technology by walking them through new portals, services or reporting features
Perform Heath Checks on the customer's solution
Required Qualifications:
NOC experience, Jr Network Engineering background preferred
Strong troubleshooting skills and experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to drive technical aspects of new deployments or initiatives
Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Hands on networking experience in Routing/Switching
Working knowledge of networking principles: NAT, DHCP, MPLS networks, and SDWAN concepts
Functional understanding/experience in IP Voice and SIP messaging standards/principals
A self-starter capable of adapting quickly and being decisive
Preferred Qualifications:
N+ Certification
CCNA Preferred
Fortinet NSE1 - 4 or equivalent Preferred

General Summary of Position:
As a NOC Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining our clients' network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Your expertise in SD-WAN networking and firewall management will be essential in proactively identifying and resolving network issues and implementing appropriate solutions. The ability to work independently and effectively manage a ticket queue is crucial to ensure timely response and resolution of network-related incidents. By joining our team you will be given the opportunity to develop your technical knowledge along one of three primary practices: Network Security, Enterprise Networking, or Unified Voice and Application support with our internal subject matter experts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Remotely troubleshoot managed service-related issues on support calls with Granite customers and/or field technicians
Assist with the implementation and onboarding of innovative security and networking products, including in-house designed hardware solutions
Professionally, accurately, and efficiently handle customer requests including technical and non-technical inquiries to any NOC related services
Work with industry standard partners (Fortinet, Cisco, VMWare, etc.) on the support and implementation of nationwide networks
Study and improve personal technical capabilities in enterprise networking, network security, and unified voice application support to contribute to the company mission at a higher level of expertise
Independently handle a queue of tickets, promptly responding to incidents, requests, and changes while ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
Monitor the performance and health of the network infrastructure, including SD-WAN devices, routers, switches, firewalls, and other network components.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
1-2 years in a technical support related role, or equivalent experience
Understanding of networking standards, OSI model, subnetting and routing protocols
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues efficiently.
Understanding of agile task management and project operations
Ability to provide a high level of customer support to improve customer experience
Ability to work well independently and in a team environment in a hybrid WFH model
Must have the ability to be cleared for Public Trust P2 clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of SD-WAN technologies and protocols, such as MPLS, BGP, OSPF, VPN, QoS, and traffic engineering.
Experience managing and troubleshooting firewall solutions, such as Velocloud, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Juniper.
CCNA, Network+, or equivalent certification or higher
Proficiency with Python, Javascript, or similar coding languages
Telecommunications industry experience
Prior public trust P2 security clearance

Position Summary:
The Data Scientist Intern will work with Granite's Data Scientists to analyze and interpret complex data to help the company make data-driven decisions. This role involves close collaboration with various business units to understand their needs and the application of statistical analysis, machine learning, and data modeling techniques to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
Responsibilities:
Build data models to address analytical and machine learning needs defined by the business
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can provide actionable insights to Granite business stakeholders.
Develop and implement statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and other data analysis techniques to solve complex business problems using Python, Pyspark, SQL server, Hadoop-based data platforms like Cloudera, and Cloud native platforms like GCP and AWS.
Use data visualization tools like PowerBI to communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
Work with business analysts and constituents to develop processes for acquiring, cleaning, and structuring data to ensure high-quality inputs for analysis.
Work closely with business units and internal IT teams, including integrations with Granite's data warehouse, internal applications like Salesforce, and other target systems to understand data needs and create pipelines via Python ETL scripts, GCP Feature Store or SQL server Proc for MuleSoft to gather relevant data from various internal and external sources.
Clean, preprocess, and validate data integrity to ensure high-quality analysis.
Design and develop ETL workflows to automate data collection and preparation processes using Spark, Python, Hive, Impala, and SQL Server Proc to ETL into GCP Vertex AI feature Store and data lakes in Cloudera or Salesforce.
Collaboration and Communication with business stakeholders to expand Data science acceptance and adoption
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business and IT teams, to define and prioritize data science projects.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, helping them make informed decisions based on data insights.
Provide guidance and support to teammates as needed.
Work with PMOs on Project Management using ADO
Manage data science projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget using Azure DevOps.
Track project progress, report on milestones, and adjust project plans to meet changing business requirements by following proper Agile Methodology.
Perform Research on innovative technologies in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI for Granite 2.0 strategies
Stay current with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, and apply new techniques and tools to improve data analysis processes.
Focus on refining existing processes through continuous improvement, while fostering a culture of innovation by sharing insights and mentoring the team in adopting new techniques and tools
Requirements:
Education:
