Position Overview
The Residential Sales Plumber is responsible for all aspects of the installation, maintenance, inspection, operations, and repair of plumbing systems in residential buildings. This includes installing and repairing sinks, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures, as well as appliances including dishwashers and garbage disposals.
Key Responsibilities
Complete plumbing, drain cleaning, and other related in-home, service and install calls.
Serving the clients of the company by expertly servicing customers' entire plumbing system.
Wear floor savers while in the client's home and maintain a neat work area when performing a repair or scheduled service.
Always explain to the client the service you are performing. Explain and show the client how the company provides superior service.
Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.

Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree preferred but not required
2+ years' technical and trade experience
In-depth knowledge of maintenance and repairs of plumbing systems
Understanding of the current regulations within the field
Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a technical level
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
General knowledge of power tools and techniques for care and safe use
Plumbing troubleshooting and repair

Primary Responsibilities:

About the Role:
Moltz Construction is seeking an experienced and motivated Process Mechanical Pipefitter with 2-3 years of experience in industrial or heavy civil construction. Experience in water/wastewater treatment plant construction is highly preferred. The successful candidate will work closely with our project teams to assemble, install, and repair piping systems, valves, pumps, and related process mechanical equipment.
As a Process Mechanical Pipefitter Laborer at Moltz Construction Inc., you will:
Install, fit, and align process piping systems according to project drawings and specifications.
Work with ductile iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, PVC, and HDPE piping systems.
Set, align, and connect pumps, valves, and other process mechanical equipment.
Interpret and work from isometric drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Perform layout, cutting, threading, grooving, welding prep, and pipe support installation.
Assist in hydrostatic and pressure testing of piping systems.
Follow company and project safety procedures, ensuring a safe work environment.
Collaborate with foremen, supervisors, and other craft workers to meet project schedules and quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
2-3 years of pipefitting or process mechanical installation experience required.
