About The Role
The Planning Analytics Developer is responsible for the design and implementation of TM1 Turbo Integration Processes and Cube Designs. They primarily work on the expansion and maintenance of the Integration Processes and rules for bringing data from Enterprise Financial system into cubes for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The successful candidate will drive the scale out and sustainability of the enterprise planning and analytics environment, support budgeting and rolling forecast processes, as well as perform other business partnering and decision-support activities. The ideal skill set would include a finance and information systems background, Cognos TM1 expertise, Planning Analytics on Cloud implementation experience, strong written and verbal communication skills. Candidate should have experience leading multiple moderate to high complexity financial planning and business intelligence end-to-end project implementations.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement financial planning solutions using IBM Planning Analytics to achieve project success, including cubes, rules, dimensions, T1 process/chores, web sheets (Static and Active forms) and turbo integrator processes.
- Perform data discovery/quality analysis and architect a solution in TM1 based upon customer requirements.
- Ensure the successful delivery and implementation of modifications into the production environment.
- Model, design, and create Cognos TM1 Cubes.
- Create and administer security at all levels, client-groups, cubes, dimensions, and processes.
- Integrate various relational database platforms in design and development of ETL processes and relational databases into reporting cubes.
- Provide incident management support to users of TM1/Planning Analytics. Analyse and resolve cross-functional data issues.
- Work with business users to design and develop reports using PAX, PAW.
