Job Title: QA Lead - Automation

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with strong expertise in test automation to lead quality assurance efforts for enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Selenium, Java, and Python, along with proven leadership skills to guide QA teams, define automation strategies, and ensure high-quality software delivery. This is a hybrid role based in Fort Mill(s), SC.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage QA activities across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices
Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Selenium with Java and/or Python
Define automation strategy, test plans, test cases, and execution processes
Perform hands-on automated and manual testing as needed
Review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure testability and coverage
Collaborate closely with Development, Product, and DevOps teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
Mentor and guide QA engineers on automation tools, coding standards, and testing methodologies
Analyze test results, track defects, and work with teams to drive resolution
Ensure continuous integration of automated tests within CI/CD pipelines
Provide regular status updates, metrics, and quality reports to stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2+ years in a QA Lead or senior role
Strong hands-on experience with Selenium Automation
Proficiency in Java and Python for test automation
Experience with test frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, PyTest, or similar
Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, ALM, Zephyr)
Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, etc.)
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, or similar
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
Experience in financial services or large-scale enterprise environments

About the Role

Naughty Dog is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate Quality Assurance Tester/Language Development Support, specializing in German. This role is integral to ensuring the high quality and cultural accuracy of our game content for German speaking audiences. What you will do:
Identify, log, and maintain gameplay issues
Conduct ad hoc and bug regression testing when necessary
Create and execute test plans
Verify in-game non-English dialogue and text, specifically German
Provide quality assurance and development support for German
language content
Demonstrate eagerness to learn new skills and the ability to teach them to others
Remain flexible and adaptive to assignment and schedule changes, including overtime

Job Description
We seek a talented quality assurance analyst to join a strong technology team responsible for the implementation and support of high volume, high performance client facing applications. The candidate will provide QA support for applications that are part of cloud based, mobile, and/or on premise environments.

Develop and execute functional test cases
Communicate with development team to address defects
Assist with determining root cause analysis of defects and help determine and implement solutions
Reporting and managing QA issues through formal tracking system, and provide regular status updates on testing progress
Qualifications
1+ years of prior QA experience
Understanding of waterfall, agile, and iterative development methodologies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Customer service skills
Work well in teams
Ability to learn new information quickly
Technical aptitude
Flexibility to work outside of business hours as a release schedule requires
