The Opportunity
As part of the Epic Consulting team, you will design, configure, test, and implement changes to assigned Epic system applications. As a Senior Associate, you will lead operational work groups, engage stakeholders, and mentor other analysts while navigating complex workflows. Responsibilities

What You Must Have
* Bachelor's Degree
* At least 4 years of experience in Epic system applications
* Aura, EpicCare Ambulatory, Care Everywhere, Beaker Certification

* Master's Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration/Management preferred
* Proven leadership in project management and change initiatives

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
