We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Learning & Development Manager to join the People & Culture team in our Advisory practice.
CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.

Reporting directly to the National L&D Director, this position will focus on building an interactive, best-in-class Advisory curriculum supporting the growth of our people Firm, and client service excellence. This curriculum will differentiate us in the marketplace contributing to the attraction, engagement and retention of high performing professionals and our reputation to provide world-class client service resulting in profitable growth.
Immediate needs include designing technical learning pathways and establishing extended learning toolkits for U.S. and global employees. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in the enhancement of existing programs and new curriculum design for the advancement of the firm's continuous learning approach for U.S. and global offices.

YOUR ROLE.
Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
* Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of the Advisory learning pathways, with primary focus on technical learning. This includes needs analysis and design with SMEs, budgeting, scheduling, program logistics, evaluation, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Design engaging, outcomes-based learning experiences across modalities (e.g., in-person, virtual, self-paced) tailored to consulting professionals.
* Map consulting competency frameworks (e.g., communication, problem-solving, industry knowledge) to formal and informal learning interventions and create gap analyses by role or level
* Assess complex learning needs, synthesize input from multiple stakeholders, and develop creative, business-aligned solutions using specific learning objectives and outcomes.
* Understand the consulting/advisory environment-client service, billability, project cycles, industry specialization-and align L&D to real-world challenges.
* Proactively consult and collaborate with Practice Leaders, People and Culture and other stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop solutions.
* Partner with Practice Leaders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to build a Firm-wide Advisory curriculum using a blend of knowledge-based and skills-based learning outcome to co-create and champion learning initiatives
* Use learning metrics, feedback, and business KPIs to evaluate program impact and continuously refine the learning strategy, identify and implement modifications as needed based on outcomes; evaluate teaching and learning by comparing desired and actual learning outcomes.
* Lead sessions when appropriate, train facilitators, and provide developmentally focused coaching to rising professionals in a high-performance culture.
* Perform ongoing internal and external research and benchmarking to identify and implement best practices.
* Advise on CPE policy application for Advisory programs.
* Responsible for the project management and communication of all Advisory programs.
* Partner with operations to implement a conference-event management approach for all Advisory programs elevating the learning experience.
* Proactively manage vendor relationships for Advisory programs resulting in mindful expenditure and clear ROI.
* Manage and implement special projects/initiatives to enhance Learning and Development operations and efforts.
* Assist with Firm projects as assigned.
Your Experience.
The successful candidate will have:
* Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources, instructional design, or business-related field.
* Minimum of 5-7 years' progressive learning and development experience.
* Deep understanding of how competencies drive performance, talent decisions, and development; able to design learning that maps to specific skill expectations.
* Proven expertise in instructional design, including needs assessment, program design and development, and evaluation. In-depth knowledge of learning strategic issues and challenges.
* Intermediate to advanced project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple and complex L&D projects.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and build, establish and maintain trust and credibility.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals at director and partner levels, fostering strong professional relationships.
* Ability and willingness to travel to multiple office and/or conference center locations across the United States
* Advanced competency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and with learning management systems (LMS).
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in HR, Organization Design, or Instructional Systems Development.
* ATD, HRCI, or SHRM designation.
* Learning or HR experience in a professional services industry
* Familiarity with the Advisory practice arena of a public accounting firm.
* Experience using PowerBi or Tableau to analyze and visualize program effectiveness.

CLA is currently seeking an Accounting Senior with experience, to join our CAAS (Nonprofit Industry) group in our Charlotte, NC or Raliegh, NC office.
Job Responsibilities:
• Client Service: Develops an understanding of each client's business/organization operations. Competent in management of multiple clients, software, and chart of accounts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Day to Day Transactions: Leads coordination and processing of accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, cash receipts and posting/recording of payroll transactions.
• Month End Processing: Coordinates and reviews account reconciliations (i.e. prepaids, accounts receivable, fixed assets, accounts payable, and accruals.) Completes complex account reconciliations (investments, debt, industry specific, etc.) Prepares, understands, and reviews financial statements (basic to complex.) Reviews general ledger, cashflow, allocations, etc. Proactively creates process and procedure documentation and builds their own backup.
• Other Quarterly/Annual Processing: Completes sales tax returns and Form 1099s and preparing audit workpapers, tax return workpapers, and other forms or items as requested by clients.
• Oversee workflow and quality of work of Associates and Analysts. Supervise and ensure the efficiency and quality of work produced by Associates and Analysts.
• Special Projects: Assists with projects for internal audit, due diligence, system selection, and other consultative projects.
Job Requirements:
• 2 years of relevant accounting and/or financial experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of related experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
