The Manager of Supply Chain is responsible for leading end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, production planning, logistics, inventory management, and supplier relationship management. This is a strategic and tactical role that is accountable for optimizing supply chain performance, driving cost efficiencies, ensuring material availability, and supporting company growth objectives through effective planning and execution. This role also leads a small team inclusive of the warehouse and buyer/planner activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage warehouse team, ensuring efficient operations and driving continuous improvement in warehouse processes.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business goals, including cost reduction, risk management, and agility.
Drive cross-departmental review of spend analytics to identify cost optimization strategies in both direct and indirect procurement processes.
Conduct detailed spend analysis to identify opportunities and steer change to reduce expenses.
Lead analysis to mitigate obsolescence and supply chain chain disruption through the validation of alternate vendors and parts.
Serve as the key operational liaison between Supply Chain, Field Operations (Domestic/International), Finance, and other crossfunctional areas across the business to coordinate activities and service internal customers.
Own the annual supply chain budgets and collaborate with Finance on forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting related to supply chain performance.
Proactively manage risks and escalate issues impacting budget, forecast, or strategic goals.
Drive supplier performance through contracts, KPIs, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and ongoing relationship management.
Lead or support ERP/PLM and digital transformation initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Establish and track departmental KPIs; report to leadership on performance, gaps, and improvement plans.
Own and drive the global master production and material plan to maximize availability for manufacturing and service, while minimizing costs and on-hand inventory.
Accept demand inputs from across the organization (manufacturing, service, field change orders, etc.) to plan material procurement effectively.
Provide leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of work practices, customer service, and safety conscious behavior.
Establish and document processes and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Monitor and measure the performance and activities of the warehouse with a primary focus on quality, operational efficiency, and profitability on a regular basis.
Develop, monitor, maintain, and execute effective inventory management processes to ensure high levels of on time shipping to the Field Operations staff.
Develop global warehousing and distribution strategy and act as lead contact coordinating any third party logistics services.
Lead efforts to ensure warehouse facility is maintained in a safe, clean and orderly manner.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent experience required.
6+ years' relevant experience in supply chain and buyer/planner type roles.
2+ years of people management experience including both exempt and non-exempt employees, preferably in a warehouse or production setting.
APICS Certifications (CPIM, CSCP) greatly desired.
Experience working with contract manufacturers, global suppliers, and complex product assemblies.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Proven success increasing revenue, driving customer satisfaction, and/or improving efficiency in a warehouse/ inventory management setting.
Proven track record of developing strategies and leading cross-functional initiatives that drive performance improvement.
Strong understanding of ERP systems and supply chain planning tools.
Comfortable communicating at all levels of an organization.
Excellent time management and problem solving skills.
Must have familiarity with financial statements.
Solid negotiating, consulting skills, organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office products with a very high level of Microsoft Excel skill, including the ability to utilize advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros to analyze complex data and prepare reports.
Location & Travel Expectations
This position is based in Kent, WA (Seattle area). A hybrid schedule of on-site and work from home is welcome.
This position requires up to 10% business travel.

Pay and Benefits
The typical starting salary range for this position is between $113,892-$142,365 per year. Coinstar utilizes geographically based pay ranges, within the United States, which allows us to pay competitively and consistently based on location. Within the range for the applicable geographic area, individual pay is determined by several factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share the salary range specific to your location. Employees in this position have the potential to increase their base salary up to $170,837per year, which is the max end of the range, based on ongoing demonstrated and continuous performance in the role. Short-Term and Long-Term bonus incentives are a part of the total compensation package and are based on Company and Individual performance.

The Accountant I supports the monthly accounting close process and prepares monthly account reconciliations. This role ensures accurate cut-off and proper accounting treatment for assigned accounts while providing general support for various projects as needed. In addition, the position is responsible for performing daily and weekly accounting operations tasks to maintain accurate and timely financial records.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely accounting of general ledger (GL) transactions.
Perform monthly reconciliations and analyses of general ledger and sub-ledger accounts.
Contribute to the month-end close process, including preparation of journal entries, reporting schedules, and financial disclosures.

Summary:
The Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) is responsible for conducting and overseeing a wide range of laboratory tests across multiple disciplines, including chemistry, hematology, microbiology, immunology, and blood banking. This role ensures the accuracy and reliability of diagnostic results, participates in quality control and regulatory compliance, and plays a key role in laboratory management and policy development. CLS professionals work in hospitals, reference labs, and healthcare facilities, ensuring that laboratory operations meet state and federal regulations.
Essential Work Functions:
Perform complex laboratory tests and interpret results across various lab disciplines, such as blood bank
Oversee and validate test results, troubleshoot discrepancies, and approve diagnostic reports before release
Operate, calibrate, and maintain sophisticated lab instruments and automated analyzers
Ensure compliance with AABB, CAP, CLIA, FDA, and other regulatory standards, actively preparing for audits and inspections
Conduct advanced immunohematology testing, including antigen identification and antibody identification
Develop and implement laboratory policies, procedures, and quality assurance programs
Assist in training and mentoring lab staff
Supervise lab personnel, assign workloads, and provide performance evaluations as needed
Maintain accurate records of laboratory findings, quality control measures, and instrument maintenance
Communicate critical results to physicians and healthcare providers in a timely manner
Investigate transfusion reactions and other serologic discrepancies, providing timely and accurate reports
Make technical decisions regarding specimen suitability, troubleshooting, and protocol modifications
Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of practice
Adhere to hospital safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standards

What You Will Do

Accountant I, Accounting Operations

The Accountant I supports the monthly accounting close process and prepares monthly account reconciliations. This role ensures accurate cut-off and proper accounting treatment for assigned accounts while providing general support for various projects as needed. In addition, the position is responsible for performing daily and weekly accounting operations tasks to maintain accurate and timely financial records.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely accounting of general ledger (GL) transactions.
Perform monthly reconciliations and analyses of general ledger and sub-ledger accounts.
Contribute to the month-end close process, including preparation of journal entries, reporting schedules, and financial disclosures.
Process daily and weekly accounts payable vouchers in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Reconcile partner invoices to vouchers on a recurring basis to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Support Accounting and Finance teams in resolving accounting-related inquiries and issues.
Serve as the administrative data steward in the master data management software to ensure accurate partner records align with contractual terms.
Participate in cross-training opportunities within the team to provide support across various accounting functions as needed.
Education & Experience
BA Accounting, Business or related degree required.
1+ year(s) experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook applications.
Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with strong organizational and analytical skills.
Able to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities or requirements.
Demonstrates a high degree of flexibility and a customer service mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Willingness to work overtime during peak periods as needed.
Business Travel
This position requires little to no business travel.
Pay & Benefits
The typical starting pay range for this position is between $28.74-$33.41per hour. Coinstar utilizes geographically based pay ranges, within the United States, which allows us to pay competitively and consistently based on location. Within the range for the applicable geographic area, individual pay is determined by several factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share the salary range specific to your location. Employees in this position have the potential to increase their base pay up to $43.11 per hour which is the max end of the range, based on ongoing demonstrated and continuous performance in the role. Short-Term incentives are a part of the total compensation package and are based on Company and Individual performance.
