Job Description
COIT Cleaning & Restoration Services is looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented individual to join our work family as a Cleaning Specialists. Cleaning Specialists provide various cleaning services including, but not limited to, carpet, wood, tile and grout, upholstery, natural stone, concrete, HVAC / air ducts, and restoration; to create a custom cleaning solution for the customer.
We will provide you with hands on PAID training. A company vehicle to travel to customers within the territory, and company phone will be provided following training.

Cleaning Specialists Responsibilities:
Acquire knowledge of cleaning procedures, techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
Physically perform all related duties of floor care in accordance with company policies and/or manufacturer's recommended maintenance requirements.
Adhere to personal safety standards by wearing the appropriate protective gear and using the right equipment.
Clean areas requested by the customers and updating work orders for each customer. Determines customer requirements and effectively explain cleaning procedures to customer.
Ability to manipulate the cleaning equipment from the van into the customer's home.
Ask customers for additional business and successfully sell add-on services and products
Move small furniture with gliders before and after cleaning services.
Perform preventative maintenance of equipment as necessary. Maintain cleanliness of equipment and vehicles and ensure it functions properly. Promptly report worn and broken equipment to supervisor.
Follow all workplace safety standards provided by COIT and though training.
Assist with establishing and maintaining a positive relationship with customers.
Earn certifications in various areas of expertise needed to work in the field.
Cleaning Specialists Requirements:
Have strong customer service skills and handle challenging situations in a professional manner and able to make a good first impression with customers.
Have a strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
Have strong communication, listening, and math skills.
Ability to work independently to support the group effort.
Must have the ability to use and knowledge of basic hand tools.
Willing to learn various cleaning techniques to include but not limited to carpet, wood, tile and grout, upholstery, natural stone, concrete, HVAC / air ducts, and restoration
Industry and sales experience is helpful, but not necessary
Candidate must be able to lift 50 lbs. and be able to, but not limited to, sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
Valid Driver's license with acceptable motor vehicle record check. Background Check/Drug screen

SUMMARY:
The Jewelry Chain Production Assistant operates and adjusts jewelry chain production machines, supporting daily operations.

Position Overview
CST Utilities has an immediate opening for an experienced and enthusiastic Project Manager. The Project Manager role is a client-facing role, overseeing service delivery on specific projects from estimation through to project completion. Conduct site visits and inspections to gather necessary data for estimating. Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.
Deliver completed proposals and bids to clients and sign SOWs
Solicit and analyze bids from vendors and subcontractors, as necessary.
Coordinate with Operations and clients to efficiently schedule crews, clarify project requirements, address potential challenges, and deliver successful SOW completion.
Be the project expert for requirements and expectations. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to minimize cost overruns or address unexpected project conditions
Process signed change orders throughout the project lifecycle and at project completion; close out projects and ensure timely, accurate billing.
Support the operations team in complying with company policies, industry standards, and OSHA and company Safety regulations.
Maintain accurate records of estimates, revisions, and project outcomes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Project Management, with detail orientation and client communication skills, preferably in directional drilling and /or excavation in the utility construction market.
Strong knowledge of water, sewer, and fiber installation methods, materials, and equipment.
Familiarity with reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).

Stanley Steemer is currently looking for a Branch Marketing Coordinator to join our corporate Marketing department in Dublin, OH! The Branch Marketing Coordinator will be the internal liaison between the branch system and other marketing services provided by Stanley Steemer, including internal teams and external vendors. The Branch Marketing Coordinator will support branch marketing initiatives through direct mail, email, SEM, Valpak, Local Listings Management, social media and alternate initiatives as necessary.
The Branch Marketing Coordinator will work with the Creative Project Coordinator to ensure branch creative requests are completed and distributed. Job Summary:
We are looking for a Bookkeeper to manage all aspects of our financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle accounting, a good understanding of QuickBooks Online, and job costing while working collaboratively with our team. This role will report directly to the Owner and play a critical role in supporting the companys growth and financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Accounting: Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger maintenance, and month-end/year-end closings.
Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Reconciliations: Perform bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate report of hours, overtime, bonuses, and commissions benefits, and as well as benefit and garnishment deductions.
Sales Tax and Compliance: Manage sales tax calculations, filings, and payments, ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Supervise the AP/AR processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, customer invoicing, and collections, while maintaining strong vendor and client relationships.
Loan and Debt Management: Record and reconcile loan payments, monitor debt schedules, and ensure timely payments and accurate reporting.
Audit and Compliance: Prepare for and support internal and external audits, ensuring all financial records are accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Team Leadership: Collaborate with the estimating and other departments, fostering a team-oriented environment and providing guidance on financial processes and best practices.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, implement best practices, and enhance internal controls to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of progressive accounting experience
Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required.
Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and collaborate with a team, communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and drive financial strategy.
