Mission
Reeves Construction Company is currently seeking an individual for the position of Asphalt Paving Machine Operator based out of Columbia, SC. The successful candidate for this role will have an uncompromising focus on safety excellence. The Asphalt Paving Machine Operator must perform daily maintenance checks and report any mechanical or safety issues to a supervisor.
Responsibilities
This includes, but is not limited to the following:
* The ability to operate a paver
* An accurate and working knowledge of a paver (ex. correct speed, check on material coming out of truck, straight lines)
* The ability to take a leadership role on the crew
* The willingness and ability to keep paver maintained and clean
* The willingness to work nights and weekends
* The ability to operate equipment in a safe and consistent manner

This is an Operations position responsible for assisting in overseeing the safe operation, daily monitoring, and maintenance of large scale industrial computer-based ammonia systems and office HVAC systems. Provide assistance to Refrigeration Tech II & III and Facility Manager to ensure assets (Refrigeration/HVAC/Electrical systems) are managed in accordance with the following: IIAR (International Institute of Ammonia Refrigeration), ASHRAE (American Society of HVAC and Refrigeration Engineers), ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers), EPA, OSHA and applicable State and Local Codes. The ideal candidate will have HVAC/R schooling, RETA Certified Industrial Refrigeration Operator (CIRO) certification, universal EPA, and at least four years' experience with service/maintenance of HVAC/R.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform required inspections and preventive maintenance of refrigeration storage equipment ranging from 50 HP to 3,000 HP
Use working knowledge of screw and reciprocal compressors, electrical troubleshooting all common types of ammonia central systems, & control/alarm systems to perform inspections and preventative maintenance as required
Knowledge of controls and electric (high and low voltage)
Knowledge of PC (personal computer) & PLC (programming logic controller) based master refrigeration control systems
Maintains the freezer and cooler ammonia system through scheduled preventative maintenance activities includes the areas listed below to ensure the full functioning of all refrigeration units
Checking, draining and filling oil levels as needed
Oil analysis
Filter changes
Checking, adjusting, or replacing all belts as needed
Checking for ammonia leaks on the roof above freezers or around the units themselves
Checking compressors and cycle operation of each
Checking condensers and cycle operations of each unit
Responsible for logging time and materials into the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) on a daily basis in the form of work orders, P.M.s, etc.
Checking, changing or filling water treatment chemical levels
Oversee and manage Refrigeration, Electrical, and HVAC systems including monitoring and trending, troubleshooting and repairs (Compressors, condensers, fans, heating, cooling, contactors, motors, microprocessors, frequency drives, etc.), leak detection, conducting required inspections and reporting, glycol underfloor warming system knowledge, evaluating and implementing energy management strategies,

Responsible for housekeeping and cleanup of refrigeration machine rooms, refrigeration maintenance areas, and all project areas on a daily basis
Required to interpret and understand plans and specifications, schematics, operating and maintenance manuals, etc. for systems being overseen

Carry out preventative maintenance tasks and inspections on HVAC equipment

Works require exposure to extreme cold and heat and working around ammonia, noise, dirt, dust, paint, grease and high voltage wires.
Performs all other duties as assigned, including non-refrigeration tasks like facility, light carpentry, painting, light plumbing, changing of light bulbs, and repair of minor electrical devices, fleet, MHE, grounds maintenance

Maintains multiple computer systems.
Maintains positive customer service at all times, referring unresolved issues to appropriate supervisor.
Answers telephone calls. Follows pre-established script and provide assistance to callers.
Completes all shift duties in a timely and accurate manner.

What You Will Need:
High School Diploma or equivalent GED required.

What You Will Do:
As part of our Workday Practice, you'll be part of an energized team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology
From initial assessments to entire transformations, you'll deliver Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Workday Financials solutions equipping organizations with the information they need to make better business decisions
As a Technical Consultant at Guidehouse, you will be responsible for designing and developing system integrations for our customers who are implementing Workday as a solution; the integrations you create allow our customers' Workday system to exchange data with other systems throughout their organization, as well as third parties, eliminating the need to transfer data manually
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Lead the design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code base including Studio, EIB and core connectors
Deliver requirements and design documents
Develop quality Workday integrations
Engage with 3rd party vendors as required to complete integration work
Actively communicate with other team members on cross functional items
Communicate technical challenges and solutions to internal and client teams
Be an active participant on assigned projects helping to streamline client process
Participate in an innovative, teaming culture to enabled constant innovation and improvement to process and assets
Demonstrate consultative skills
Have a passion for high customer satisfaction levels
What You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree with a MINIMUM of THREE (3) years of experience in ERP (Workday, etc) integration development, modern technology experience (EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, middleware, etc), etc; OR a Master's degree with a MINIMUM of ONE (1) year of experience in ERP (Workday, etc) integration development, modern technology experience (EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, middleware, etc), etc. Years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree, such as: no degree with SEVEN (7) years of experience in ERP (Workday, etc) integration development, modern technology experience (EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, middleware, etc), etc
Current holder of an active Workday Certification
MINIMUM of ONE Workday implementation
Limited local and nonlocal travel (up to 25%) with a focus on work from home and/or Guidehouse office; consultants may provide on-site support for key milestones as needed
This role is a hybrid role which will require you to go into the closest Guidehouse Office as needed or on occasion
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Preference will be given to candidates who reside within a reasonable number of miles of a Guidehouse Office
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, focused on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Implementations involving deploying within a state or local government is preferred.
Experience with the execution of projects within a structured methodology.
Experience working in HR or Financial Department environments with an understanding of the issues facing organizations.
Strong written and oral communication skills (RFP responses, white papers, etc) and presentation skills such as Workday demonstrations and client presentations.
The annual salary range for this position is $92,000.00-$153,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Assist with troubleshooting staging issues and serve as a liaison between Engineering and the Integration Center.
Provide daily production completion numbers to management.
Collaborate with the Warehouse team to pull devices, accessories, and other items using work order forms.
Assist with inventory cycle counts, shipping, and receiving tasks as needed.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in a warehouse, production, or distribution environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Knowledge of FedEx and UPS shipping systems is preferred.
