Monitor residents' weights and any wound treatment by participating in the weight/wound management committee and implementing suggested procedures. Direct and supervise all dietary functions and dietary personnel. Hire, provide orientation, train, supervise, educate, evaluate work performance, and counsel and terminates dietary personnel if necessary.
