Deep River is a comprehensive substance abuse disorder treatment facility in Neillsville, WI committed to helping residents move into sustainable recovery. Services include a full range of DHS 75 and DHS 83 license requirements and include a trauma informed approach, with gender specific services for men. Our beautiful facility provides an environment that, combined with the passion for the SUD field of our team members, allows residents to experience meaningful change and hope. This is a part-time role with hours on Monday-Friday from 1pm-5pm. Under direction of program and clinical supervisor, performs core functions of a Case Manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time. Markets services and/or receives referrals of customers with a variety of needs which require the application of professional social work counseling skills to solve. Conducts assessments of customer needs through interviews, collateral contacts and other investigations, develops a casework plan with customers, and performs agreed upon and necessary casework services. Provides case management services, and coordinates the various social, community, and mental health services received by customers. Establishes and maintains effective public and working relationships and collateral contacts. Maintains detailed case records, develops and prepares statistical reports, makes recommendations concerning case disposition, and testifies at hearings as required. Attends and participates in staff development programs, including in-service training, staff meetings, and professional seminars. Job Title: Pathologists' Assistant Cost Center: 201641117 Lab-Histology Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Employee Type: Regular Work Shift: 8-hour day shifts, variable days (United States of America) Job Description: JOB SUMMARY Work Shift: Monday through Friday with no on-call duty and no weekends This position may be eligible for a sign on bonus! The Pathologists' Assistant is responsible for maintaining a well-organized and efficient operation in the areas of gross description and dissection of surgical tissues, submission of specimens for histologic examination and other laboratory testing, submission of tissue for research, assisting with postmortem examination to include dissection of tissues and dictation of case information. Performs 1-2 autopsies per year. Additional responsibilities include photography, attend tumor board and other cancer conferences, Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC), and medical coding. JOB QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation. Minimum Required: Completion of a nationally recognized Pathologists' Assistant Training Program leading to a Bachelor or Master of Health Science Degree. Preferred/Optional: None EXPERIENCE Minimum Required: None Preferred/Optional: None CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position. Licenses with restrictions are subject to review to determine if restrictions are substantially related to the position. Preferred/Optional: Pathologists' Assistant PA certification as awarded by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) at the time of hire. The Distribution Assistant collaborates closely with the Distribution Manager, production teams, and external vendors to support seamless supply chain operations. · Support the distribution process by assisting with receiving, tracking, storing, and distributing materials and products to ensure accuracy and timeliness. · Assist with inventory control activities, including monitoring stock levels, updating inventory records, identifying shortages, and supporting replenishment efforts. · Create, track, and maintain purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and timely processing. · Communicate with vendors regarding order status, delivery timelines, discrepancies, and follow-up needs as directed. · Assist with the internal raw material fulfillment process to ensure materials are prepared and delivered accurately to internal teams. · Coordinate with production teams to support alignment between material availability and production schedules. · Assist with maintaining required documentation and supporting compliance with all applicable regulations related to distribution, materials handling, and safety. · Maintain organized records related to purchasing, inventory, and vendor communications. · Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness. · Perform general administrative and operational support tasks related to distribution and supply chain operations as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in business, logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in distribution, logistics, inventory management, purchasing, or a related role preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP or inventory systems preferred. Ability to follow established processes while identifying areas for improvement.
