ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides addiction counseling with supervision and/or case management services to clients in an outpatient, residential or case management setting.
• Completes assessments, diagnostics, screening and referral. Obtains required additional supervision if using UPC, ASAM, AODA assessments such as SUDDs or DSM/ICD 10 criteria.
• Provides Employment Specialist services to clients as needed.
• Prepares and completes all required documentation according to state, federal and agency standards in a timely manner.
• Coordinates, plans and facilitates client sessions, including group and individual services.
• Provides a high level of excellence in communication internally and to our external partners, both written and verbal.
• May provide outreach and education to the public/market services.
• Provides a high level of case management services and coordinates the various social, community and mental health services received by clients.
• Attends and participates in staff development programs, including in-services training, staff meetings, clinical supervision meetings, and similar opportunities.
• Provides all services in a timely manner according to program, licensing and contractual requirements.
• Establishes and maintains effective public and working relationships and collateral contracts.

Monitor safety on the bus.
Assist children boarding/leaving the bus.

Visually observe the health of each child on the bus. Report any concerns to the teacher and parent/guardian.
Occupy the children during the ride with developmentally appropriate songs, games, observations, etc.
Collaborate with the driver to ensure that each child is delivered to the care of a responsible adult (authorized list on Transportation Permission Fact Sheet) upon leaving the bus.
Ensure that no child is ever left unattended while on the bus, following all Active Supervision, child attendance, and bus alarm deactivation procedures as written in the Transportation workplan to prevent a child being left behind.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES WHEN ASSIGNED TO SUPPORT THE KITCHEN STAFFOF THE TEACHER ASSISTANT
Preparation and delivery of meals/snacks that meet USDA Food Program requirements fo pre-school and or infant/toddler children and all Head Start program requirements and policies.

This position involves both administrative and hands- on operational duties in an outdoor, fast-paced environment
Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously for extended periods of time (up to 8-10 hours per shift).
Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, stooping, climbing, and crouching required.
Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally more with assistance.
Requires manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to operate car wash equipment, hoses, and controls.
Visual acuity to monitor vehicle condition, equipment function, and safety compliance.
Must be comfortable working in varying outdoor weather conditions, including heat, cold, humidity, and rain.
Regular exposure to water, cleaning chemicals, noise, and moving mechanical equipment.
Must be able to communicate clearly and respond quickly to safety or operational concerns in a noisy environment.
Ability to perform job duties safely and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
This role will require work outside of normal business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on company needs.
This role may also require occasional driving for company business using a company, rental, or personal vehicle. A valid driver's license and compliance with company driving standards are required.

Annual Salary
Tidal Wave Site Leader Average Annual Income:
Year 1: $80,000+
Year 2: $90,000+
Year 3: $100,000+
