We're looking for a highly experienced and dedicated Lead Full Stack Developer to take ownership of a custom suite of software developed in house. This is a key technical leadership position for an accomplished technologist who thrives on solving complex problems and guiding teams. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 10+ years of professional software development experience
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership capacity, with a proven track record of mentoring developers, reviewing code, and leading technical projects
Core Programming (C# / OOP): Strong proficiency in C# is preferred, but we welcome applicants with deep expertise in equivalent Object-Oriented languages (e.g., Java, C++). If you understand strong typing, inheritance, and design patterns, we trust you can learn our stack.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Leadership: Serve as the technical authority and primary hands-on developer, setting a high standard for code quality and ensuring the team's output aligns with architectural best practices.
Mentorship & Code Quality: Lead code reviews and provide day-to-day mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, fostering their technical growth and ensuring the delivery of maintainable, high-quality code.
Front-End Development: Lead the design and implementation of responsive user interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, and HTML.
Back-End Development: Navigate and develop complex server-side logic in C#, including API endpoints and traditional MVC controllers attached to views. Develop and maintain the C# Business Logic Layer (BLL) and the Data Access Layer (DAL), utilizing Entity Framework as the ORM.
Database Management: Expertly manage and optimize data interactions within our Microsoft TSQL environment across various SQL databases.
Feature Integration: Collaborate on and contribute to the development of application features that include graphical aspects, utilizing web technologies such as Canvas.
Systems Integration: Develop and maintain C# middleware and backend services responsible for integrating application data with our ERP system and JD Edwards.

Work within scope to triage patient medical concerns, schedule medical visits when appropriate, provide basic care and education to patients, and direct patients to higher level of care as needed.
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.
Record vital statistics and other pertinent patient data as needed.
Document every patient contact in electronic health record.
Ensure all patient calls are answered, messages are returned, and all contact is documented within required timeframes.
Assist Patient Access team members with in-person triage and assessment of walk-in patients. Work with providers to determine care plan for patient.
Other duties within the scope of practices as assigned by the provider and/or supervisor.
Provide superior customer service to all patients, external customers and partners, and co-workers. Serve as an ambassador of White House Clinics in all conversations and interactions with these parties.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Education: Completion of an accredited RN or LPN program. Minimum Work Experience: Minimum 1 year medical office experience preferred, with experience in patient triage. Preference given to candidate with Spanish speaking fluency. Required License: Current Kentucky Nursing License (RN or LPN). Basic Life Support Certification ACCOUNTABILITY Reports to the Triage Manager, Director of Clinical Support Services, and the Chief Medical Officer. SALARY & BENEFITS: Starting at $23.00/hour (based on experience). Additional hourly stipend available upon confirmation of bilingual fluency.
