* Two (2) Full Time vacancies in Recruitment, Selection, and Operations
* These positions will support the recruitment, selection, classification, and compensation efforts of the Human Resources Department. In this position, you will assist County departments by serving in a consultant role and providing guidance and support to your customers. As an Analyst in the Recruitment, Selection & Operations Unit, you will find yourself in a dynamic environment, challenged with accomplishing highly detailed and complex work that positively impacts the County workforce, all while maintaining excellent customer service and interpersonal relationships with those you support.
* One (1) Full Time vacancy in Labor Relations, Employee Relations, and Benefits Services
* This Unit promotes and achieves collaboration through the development of harmonious relationships with labor organizations and oversees all bargaining unit modifications, under the Meyers-Milias-Brown Act. The Department prepares for and conducts labor negotiations; interprets personnel rules, policies, and labor agreement provisions; investigates workplace misconduct and grievances; advises on performance management; and, administers employee relations statutes, ordinances, and policies. Related to benefits this Unit manages employee benefits programs to include employee and retiree health, dental, and vision plans and ancillary benefits through a third-party benefits administra
