Job Function Essential Job Duties * Move inventory or equipment, fill customer orders, pull material from racks, unload incoming material, load trucks and customer vehicles, and maintain the warehouse. * Receive and return items into stock locations. * Read and decipher work orders; verify heat numbers and material specifications. * Operate cranes, forklifts, side loaders, yard trucks, saws, and other heavy equipment as required. * Place materials into storage or remove them for order fulfillment. * Tag material for identification and complete documentation. * Sort and place materials by size, type, or product code. * Coordinate with team to ensure efficient and safe machine and equipment operations. * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. * Perform spot checks on inventory and restock materials as needed. * Drive company vehicle for local deliveries and parts pick-up (non-DOT). Required Skills Qualifications * 1-2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. * High School Diploma or GED preferred. * Valid Driver's License preferred. * Experience in warehousing or material handling is preferred. * Ability to obtain certification to operate motorized material handling and rigging equipment. * Clear oral and written communication; legible handwriting. * Manual dexterity, coordination, and physical fitness to operate heavy equipment. * Ability to read and comprehend work instructions and blueprints. * Basic math and measurement skills, including fractions and conversions. * Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task effectively, and make sound decisions. * Teamwork and collaboration with supervisors and coworkers.

Job Description The Distribution/ Warehouse Support position maintains warehouse functionality by performing various warehouse support duties including order processing, inventory management, data entry, material storage/retrieval, and shipping and receiving responsibilities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties as assigned) Works to ensure that stock levels are in line with production and distribution requirements. Monitors the receipt and storage of materials in the warehouse. Monitors inventory control functions including performing cycle counts and warehouse inventory reporting. Maintains records of items shipped, issued, and received. Moves and stores materials, supplies, finished goods, etc. to designated departments or areas within the facility either manually, by hand truck, or by forklift. Performs various general warehouse/material handling duties within the facility including loading materials, supplies, or finished products using appropriate material handling equipment. Stacks skids, pallets, or cartons in designated areas. Cleans up and disposes of scrap, cardboard, and strapping, etc. in proper containers or designated areas. Uses simple hand tools such as pliers, hammers, and screwdrivers, etc. to perform job duties. Completes required logs and records as required. Preparation and shipment of all outgoing product. Enters equipment information into appropriate management information systems/records and performs shipping functions for the facility. Operates and uses all equipment following standard work instructions and operating procedures. Observes all safety rules and regulations. Exercises care and good judgment at all times to prevent accidents and injuries. Adheres to all company policies, procedures, rules, and BRG Code of Conduct. Practices good housekeeping by keeping storage areas and aisles clean and accessible.
