Mr. Alberini was selected to join Restoration Hardware’s board of directors because of his expertise and experience in retail and merchandising, branded consumer goods, accounting, financing and capital finance, board practices of other large retail companies and leadership of complex organizations.

Mr. Woodward brings significant experience in developing and managing the growth of consumer brands. Since joining Crate and Barrel in 2015, he has been responsible for all aspects of merchandising, including sourcing, product design and assortment selection for the global omni-channel home furnishings retailer. Prior to that time, Mr. Woodward was Senior Vice President of Licensed Watches and Jewelry for Fossil, where he was head of the Michael Kors watch and jewelry business. He has also served as Executive Vice President and General Merchandise Manager of The Bombay Company, CEO of Illuminations and Vice President of Pier 1 Imports.

Previously, he served Brookstone, holding various leadership roles such as president, chief executive officer, vice president, chief operating officer, vice president of supply chain and business development, operational vice president of inventory management and planning, and director of merchandise planning and analysis. Speltz holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from College of the Holy Cross.

Dave Schoengart is a Senior Vice President-Store Operations at Shoe Sensation Inc and Chief Executive Officer at Shoe Sensation Inc and is based in Jeffersonville, Indiana. He studied at Eastern Kentucky University between 1984 and 1989.
