CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES: * Project Delivery & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations while managing scope, risks, and dependencies. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of mid- to large-scale supply chain technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget * Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and third-party partners to align project objectives and deliverables. Communicate effectively with clients, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate technical concepts into understandable language * Technical Oversight & Leadership: Provide technical guidance and expertise to development teams, ensuring adherence to technical standards, architecture, and best practices. Review technical designs, code quality, and implementation plans while identifying and implementing technology improvements * Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues early, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate when necessary to ensure project continuity * Agile Practices: Champion agile methodologies, facilitating ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team performance * Budget & Vendor Management: Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations effectively. Oversee vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, performance tracking, and ensuring SLAs are met * Compliance & Governance: Ensure all projects adhere to compliance, security policies, and governance frameworks * Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality control measures, manage testing processes, and address identified defects to ensure high-quality deliverables * Team Collaboration & Mentorship: Foster a collaborative and productive working environment within the development team.
