Very caring and compassionate staff! Clients are priority always!
Many positions require licensing in social work despite any other degrees and/or previous experience
Creating a fostering a positive work environment! Our clients are amazing people who just needed someone (or a place) like Coleman to provide them with understanding, feelings of worth, and safety in sharing their experiences and struggles in life!
Our leadership team ALWAYS puts the client and their safety above all else! They respect that CHS is a business and work diligently to build revenue but you will never feel like you’re a business transaction!
In my opinion, an increase in employee performance reviews and acknowledgements in areas of the company that may not typically get recognized i.e. awards for “CSU Agent of Change” (for an employee who has made an impact with the patients or someone who creates a positive work environment, “Case Manager Royalty”- CM who goes above and beyond their normal daily routine to ensure a client receives acute hospitalization during a crisis!
I went in with my life experiences both negative and positive! I was honest and I asked questions about the company and what their 5 year plan was!
My position pays on the high end of the industry standard.
I am pleased and proud to be a party of this diverse and dynamic team.
Receiving appreciation from my coworkers and management staff! They are never shy to say “thank you for helping” or “we appreciate you”. Makes for a positive and fostering work environment!
