Enovis Surgical offers surgeons and their patients a full range of primary and revision implants for hip, knee, shoulder, and elbow reconstructive joint surgeries, in addition to the tools and digital health technology needed in today's changing healthcare environment.
Job Title/High Level Position Summary:
The Project Manager at Enovis Surgical will be responsible for managing Manufacturing Operations projects following PMI guidance, which includes planning, organizing, and overseeing the execution of a project from start to finish, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and according to the defined scope, by managing resources, communicating with stakeholders, and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsible for leading project teams and managing activities associated with projects that are longer-term, multiple-department or Company-wide and moderate in risk, scope and complexity. Consults with business partners to clarify and define project requirements and business case, including development of a Project Charter. Develops and revises complex project plans and budgets, works with users to understand complex problems and focuses on bringing issues to resolution, escalating as necessary to meet timelines. Interacts and negotiates with mid to senior level management on behalf of project team. Develops and implements complex project communication plans. Creates and delivers presentations to mid-senior level management on project goals and plans, including progress reports. May manage a group of projects associated with a specific business function.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with functional groups to develop Project Charters
Detailed project planning including project scope planning, time and resource planning, and communication planning and risk mitigation plans
Work close with Ops Leadership, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory and Marketing teams to coordinate necessary resources to ensure on time and on budget execution of projects.
Organize project team and weekly project meetings
Develop and maintain monthly project status reporting
Identify potential project risks and collaborate with leadership on risk mitigation plans
Minimum Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
3-5 + years Engineering, Marketing, Quality, or Sales Operations experience
2 years + of Project Management experience

We are seeking a highly motivated Sourcing Lead with a proven track record in the orthopedic reconstruction implant industry. The ideal candidate will have approximately 5 years of sourcing, procurement, or supply chain experience and will play a critical role in managing supplier relationships, driving cost savings, and ensuring supply continuity for key implant components and finished devices. This role requires a balance of strategic sourcing expertise, industry knowledge, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead sourcing activities for orthopedic reconstruction implants, including raw materials, machined components, and finished goods.
Develop and execute category strategies that support business growth, quality, and cost targets.
Manage supplier selection, qualification, and performance monitoring, with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance (FDA, ISO 13485, MDR).
Partner with R&D, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure supplier capabilities align with innovation and product pipeline needs.
Negotiate supply agreements, contracts, and pricing to achieve year-over-year cost improvements.
Mitigate supply chain risks by identifying alternate suppliers, managing capacity constraints, and implementing dual sourcing strategies where appropriate.
Drive continuous improvement in supplier performance, including quality, delivery, and sustainability.
Utilize data analytics to monitor spend, forecast demand, and support strategic decision-making.
Stay current on market trends, new manufacturing technologies, and competitive landscape in orthopedic implants.
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of sourcing or supply chain experience, ideally within medical devices or orthopedic reconstruction.
Strong knowledge of implant manufacturing processes (casting, forging, precision machining, coatings, packaging).
Experience working in a regulated industry with cGMP, FDA, and ISO 13485 standards.
Proven negotiation and contract management skills.

Objective of Role
NI-Emerson enables fast and cost-effective design, validation, and test of cutting-edge semiconductor and electronics as a best-in-class test and measurement company. Within NI's Semiconductor & Electronics Business Unit (SEBU), we break up the semiconductor business into various market segments or business lines. Each Business Line Leader (BLL) owns the Profit and Loss (P&L) for their respective market segment and the overall strategy to grow their business line's revenue and capture additional market share. The role requires exceptional leadership to coordinate activities driving a common strategy across a broad team of Business Managers, Product Managers, and Solution Marketers while collaborating and influencing System Architects, R&D, Sales and Marketing.
To accelerate our growth, SEBU is looking for a Business Line Lead (BLL) whose mission it is to grow our semiconductor Power, Optical, & Wafer (POW) test business globally. The POW business at NI consists of such applications like Power Semiconductor Reliability Test, Optical Test, and Wafer Parametric test solutions. The BLL role is a challenging role requiring significant time spent managing a large cross-functional team to develop and execute towards a common strategy and representing SEBU in front of customer management ensuring NI's commitment in the production test and reliability industry.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
· Develop and execute a test strategy leading towards profitable and sustainable revenue growth while expanding our addressable market.
· Guide Business Development Managers globally as they interact with NI Sales team, build customer relationships, and prioritize production test opportunities.
· Guide Corporate Business Managers (BM) through the process of gathering and documenting market requirements for products and solutions as part of the market segment strategy.
· Guide System Architects (SA) as they refine market requirements into system and product level requirements which can be handed off to R&D.
· Establish a desired roadmap to meet long and short-term strategies and interlock roadmap with R&D and the Program Steering Group (PSG) through an established process.

· Align with SEBU Marketing Lead, Solution Marketers (SM), and the rest of the SEBU team to prioritize and execute on developing sales enablement, technical content and events to drive more product and solution awareness.
· Develop a partner strategy to enable NI partners while increasing NI's reach into additional customers and opportunities.
· Work with Sales Management in each region on Go-To-Market plan to execute towards the market segment strategy and track revenue towards reaching quarterly and yearly forecasts.
· Work with team members on personal development finding opportunities to coach and mentor them through their roles and providing opportunities for growth through leadership.
· Establish clarity of role definitions for those inside SEBU and how each role interreacts and works with one another.
For This Role, You Will Need:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
· 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor production test industry.
· Sales, business development, product management, technical marketing experience appreciated.

Enovis Surgical offers surgeons and their patients a full range of primary and revision implants for hip, knee, shoulder, and elbow reconstructive joint surgeries, in addition to the tools and digital health technology needed in today's changing healthcare environment.
Job Title/High-Level Position Summary:
Participates in all aspects of the projects from proposal to final design/release for the assigned project by performing the following duties. Works with a cross-functional product team consisting of product development engineers, marketing product managers, manufacturing engineers, regulatory and QA engineers in the design and development of surgical instruments and implants medical devices used in Total Shoulder Arthroplasty.
Key Responsibilities:
Participates as an active member of the New Product Development Team:
Identifies and incorporates surgeon design requirements and product characteristics
Confers with cross-function teams (by way of example and not exclusion, Manufacturing Engineering, Purchasing and Regulatory); accepts and completes tasks as assigned
Creates product designs and documentation used to substantiate those devices (i.e. risk assessments, verification / validation activities, design review documentation, etc.)
Uses 3-D Modeling to develop concepts and mechanism design (Solidworks)
Compiles Design Dossiers or Design History Files
Assuring compliance to FDA and ISO regulations and internal procedures
Establishing and maintaining project schedule and budget
Reviewing designs for feasibility, accuracy and technical soundness
Defining and implementing testing requirements associated with projects
Participate in the evaluation of new concepts presented to Enovis Surgical by surgeons or other Enovis Surgical employees.
Collaborate / lead other engineering personnel in formulating project plans, designs, cost estimates, and specifications.
Assures proper preparation of documentation as required per project plans including user needs, surgeon feedback / IP, engineering drawings, test plans, manufacturing instructions, design verification and validation, engineering change notices, artwork and other supporting engineering documents.
Working with manufacturing, supply chain and quality assurance, reviews and monitors quality and process improvements for new product development.
Participates in surgeon symposia, focus groups and surgeon consultant meetings

The Sr. Safety Engineer is responsible for more complex projects. To do this, Sr. Safety Engineer must:
• Read and settle applicability of codes and standards clauses for the EUT (equipment under test)
• Read and understand schematics, assembly drawings, manuals, BOMs, etc.
• Validate the project scope and sample applicability
• Project handle products through 3rd party certification agencies, mitigating issues, and staying within budget and completion dates
• Under scope of the project, identify and locate test instruments and equipment required for testing; Follow established test plan; Set up and operate EUT;
• Conduct detailed construction review; document results; use industry standard test report formats (TRFs) and templates
• Perform testing of products in accordance with standards. Core tests include, but are not limited to input rating, leakage current, dielectric, temperature, stability, mechanical hazard, flammability, abnormal and fault testing.
• Provide local technical expertise and maintain reviewer status for other engineer's and technician's work
• Proactively develop and communicate test procedures, new test fixtures and report shells
• Support the investigation of technical complaints, critical issues settle, and product failures and support accreditations efforts by engaging in technical audits locally
• Demonstrate enough product and/or standards knowledge to be considered a domain expert (SME) that can be assigned and work independently on long lead R&D projects
• May actively represent NI by participating on standards/industry committees and/or associations.
• Perform preliminary design reviews (PDR)
• Follow quality control procedures and follow Quality Management System (QMS).
• Communicate project status and test results to R&D client, sales personnel, and management throughout testing.
• Provide ongoing support to clients as needed.
Qualifications:
5 or more years practical, hands-on experience in the field of Regulatory Safety and Compliance, including testing, report generation, critical component evaluation and working with or at a 3
rd
party certification agency or lab
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering
Strong presentation, communication and social skills to interact with Sales, Manufacturing, R&D, 3rd Parties and external customers
Attention to detail with high skills for quality control, documentation, and repeatability
Strong understanding of electronics, engineering, and safety compliance principles, theories and concepts in accordance with national and international standards
ISO GUM measurement uncertainty analysis experience
Knowledge of ISO 17025 (Previous accreditation implementation a plus) and preferably IEC 80079-34
Strong understanding of IEC 61010-1, IEC 62368-1
Preferable understanding of machines, electronics for machines, and regulatory compliance of machinery per IEC 60204-1 and NFPA 79
Understanding of 3-Phase power and components for power distribution, protection, and control
Preferable understanding of equipment for use in explosive atmospheres/hazardous locations, particularly IEC 60079-0, -7, -15
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
Knowledge of risk assessment and management per ISO 12100 or other industry risk standard.
Knowledge of CE Directives and Laws, FDA, OSHA NRTL, OSHA NFPA 70E, and other regulatory codes
Strong eye for business, risk vs. reward analysis.
Knowledge of the product development process, new product development, new product integration/introduction, etc.
