CP Skin Health Group is looking for a **Master Data Specialist** to play a key role in maintaining high quality customer master data across our systems. This position focuses on the hands-on execution of data-related tasks, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our master data.
_** CP Skin Health has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Applicants should be located near the Scottsdale headquarters, and must be willing to work this schedule. **_
**What you will do:**
_Master Data Maintenance:_
+ Create, update, and maintain customer master data in SAP and C4C, processing requests from tickets, the B2B website, and internal teams.
+ Execute mass data uploads for leads, prospects, and annual customer data "recuts," including file configuration and post-verification.
+ Manage complex data tasks for large corporate accounts, including acquisitions and portfolio merges.
+ Maintain sales district tables and lead assignment resources to reflect organizational changes.
_Data Integrity and Auditing:_
+ Ensure data accuracy by conducting monthly audits, monitoring quality reports (e.g., duplicates, closed accounts, null fields), and making necessary corrections.
+ Perform third-party validation checks on all new customers and leads to ensure compliance.
_Process & System Support:_
+ Serve as a key point of contact for master data, processing lead reassignment requests and providing support to the sales team.
+ Review master data and lead management processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
+ Assist with Master Data Management (MDM) system testing and support.
**Required qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ 2+ years of previous work in Master Data Management, Sales Operations, or related field
+ Proficiency in SAP or other relevant data management systems

**Compensation and Benefits**
Salary Range $25.00 - $32.00 USD/hour
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

JOB SUMMARY/ JOB DUTIES:
The Packer is responsible for working in an area producing product that is packed into trays/cartons for shipping. Prepares cartons/carton displays, manually packs/palletizes product, and completes final quality inspection of finished goods.
* Prepares cardboard cartons/trays for product packing by folding, taping, sorting, and labeling cartons, securing carton ends together and placing cartons/trays on the work area. Checks to ensure tape guns/taper have sufficient amount of tape.
* Visual Inspections of final product packaging for product integrity including, but not limited to bag registration, code dates, prices, bag and cases for proper seals. Removes out of specifications product and communicates packaging problems.
* Fills cartons/displays based on packaging specs. Ensures that products are packaged in cases with appropriate corresponding labels; if applicable tapes and seals cartons.
* Stacks correct number of cartons/trays on pallets/skids using correct stacking pattern. If applicable, utilizes pallet jack to move finished goods weighing up to 300lbs.
* Clears loose product from turntable/area; discards defective bags, boxes, trays; sweeps loose product off the floor.
* Assists with product rework according to plant expectations.
* Practices and adheres to appropriate safety and hygiene guidelines/procedures for safe housekeeping and personal protection.
* Keeps work area clean/adheres to 5S protocols.
* Stores packaging room supplies in designated areas.
* Keeps work area aisles/exits clear and free from obstructions.
* Removes trash from work area floor; keeps turntables/area clean; follows instructions for safe lifting/carrying of various sizes, shapes and weights.
* Performs sanitation tasks as directed (including, but not limited to equipment washes, seasoner cleanings, and wipeouts).
* Prepares line for startup and assist with any equipment changeovers, when applicable.

► Key Areas of Responsibility
Operates the label machines properly and efficiently in order to meet production deadlines according to the daily job schedule.
Minimize waste or misuse of raw materials.
Communicates label production issues with the Production Supervisor and/or Facility Manager
Performs distribution functions as needed.
Keeps accurate log of raw materials used in the production of labels. Logs date and ID number of cartons of product to maintain a FIFO inventory and to identify any QC problems with raw materials.

The Market Development Lead (MDL) is responsible for the growth and development of the market through collaboration and engagement with Independent Distributor Partners (IDPs) and retail outlets. The MDL is responsible for establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with IDPs, select retail store management and key retailer decision makers.
What will you do...
Analyze and share market conditions with IDPs, including identifying opportunities for growth and conducting optional business meetings to support the growth of the respective businesses.
Synthesize and interpret data to distill retailer specific requirements, base business performance, and incremental opportunities
Collaborate with IDPs regarding dispute resolution to minimize conflict with retailers.
Conduct purposeful route consults as IDPs request.
Conduct physical inventories periodically.
Follow up with all service-related issues generated by retailers within 24 hours to ensure that the IDP and retailer have finalized a positive resolution.
Build rapport and trust with key store management personnel (multiple levels) during visits and through communication.
Demonstrate proficiency in key Microsoft platforms (including Excel) and general aptitude to use technology (e.g., Microsoft Suite of products, and sales-related software).
Travel as needed, both local and overnight
Must be able to relocate as required
Must be able to travel within district, to company meetings, company training and other regions as business needs demand.

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$58,200-$83,700

The Zone Sales Manager (ZSM) is responsible for leading a team of Market Development Leaders (MDLs) to achieve distribution, sales, merchandising and promotional targets through effective engagement with the Independent Distributor Partners (IDP) network and the local warehouse logistics organization. Zone Sales Managers are responsible for +$100MM in revenue. The ZSM must develop and implement the zone business strategy to drive growth across brands and increase dollar share, including marketplace deployment of resources to maximize volume and minimize operating cost. The ZSM provides sales leadership across the Zone, personal development to the respective MDLs, team and alignment with the Customer Team.
What you will do...
* Responsible for proactively managing, monitoring, evaluating and updating the overall business plan to meet Campbell Snacks objectives.
* Develop business plans for 60-90-180 days out across all retailers and multiple geographies, to support executional excellence and share growth.
* Communicate targets for distribution, merchandising, and promotional execution.
* Secure retail space for new items and points of interruption with key retail decision makers through partnership with IDPs.
* Forge and develop strong relationships with key retail decision makers.
* Assess the retailer's competitive position, behaviors and strategies and understand how they align with Campbell Snacks strategic goals and identify opportunities to create win-win scenarios.
* Track and evaluate competitive threats in the market and set strategic gap closure plans to win.
* Design and forecast quarterly business plans to attain key metrics across the portfolio to deliver the quarterly lock retailer business plan.
* Design go to market strategies through partnership with IDPs and utilize business analytics to recommend key business issues/plans related to base products and/or innovation and marketing activation.
* Conduct retailer specific analysis across portfolio of brands to identify opportunities to the plan and make appropriate recommendations.

* Recommend potential IDPs for open routes as potential future business partner.
* Design and collaborate with internal sales operations team to create a route infrastructure strategy.
* Collaborate with internal sales operations team to provide clear and concise communication regarding sales and distribution opportunities and other key information utilizing available applications and tools, which will assist them in engaging with IDPs.
* Coach, lead and influence internal team to develop strong relationships and improve engagement with IDPs.
* Clear understanding of IDP contracts and the independent distributor partner business model.
Team Development
* Review weekly MDL deployment plans to improve execution, IDP engagement, retailer visibility and deliver on the Campbell Snacks objectives.
* Collaborate with Sales Operations to improve the efficiency of the market and drive growth.
* Seek out and provide support as needed to the different functions on assigned categories (e.g. new product development, process improvement, brand marketing).
* Track monthly forecasts in order to maximize supply chain efficiencies and provide constructive feedback on shipments, consumption data and inventory changes. Proactively identify potential risks or threats to monthly forecasts.
* Utilize performance management plans with MDLs to develop and enhance individual skills, capabilities and behaviors to build a team culture.
* Conduct MDL team meetings as necessary to share best practices, role play and communicate deployment plans and other strategic initiatives.
* Engage with a diverse set of outside stakeholders, including retailers and IDPs, while navigating complex route to market distribution model, distributor model and market trends

Job Description
Perform the functions of data manipulation on the computer network, initiating jobs for production and laser printing on specific printer equipment, staging printed jobs in the production area to ensure a smooth transition flow through production in order to meet the delivery deadlines of each customer while maintaining quality standards.
Shift: Wednesday thru Sunday 8:00AM to 4:00PM
► Key Areas of Responsibility
+ Works closely with Facility Managers, Production Supervisors and Leads to assist with customer required directives, deliveries, changes, emergencies, problems with data and special files by printing accurately and efficiently. Responsible for minimizing waste and misuse of raw materials.
+ Communicates well with fellow associates, project coordinators, and the Facility Manager, while performing laser print functions by following daily job schedules. This requires being familiar with all customers, their special needs as well as production schedules to make sure the correct information is communicated.
+ Completes multiple tasks on multiple printers at the same time to help the work flow process. Juggling the tasks of running the current customer being laminated, printing re-runs and starting the next customer's work based on the schedule of the day.
+ Uses ERP system to log time and materials. Follows department guidelines for Total Cost Management activities.
+ Keeps the work order system up to date and organized at all times. Maintaining records of jobs printed, tested and checked via log book and/or computer documents
+ Ensures printing quality standards are being met by sampling, viewing and checking print jobs are processed.
+ Helps maintain equipment by placing service calls to appropriate service technicians.
+ Maintains all inventory levels and pre-printed items that are stored in the warehouse and in the front shelving units in the correct locations.
+ Ensure data from each customer is arriving on time, and if not, alert a supervisor so they can make necessary notifications/decisions regarding late data.
+ Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area, uses required PPE, and follows all safety rules and procedures.
+ May be required to work overtime or on another shift as needed.
+ Other duties as assigned by management.
