Sham Patel is President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Collabera - headquartered in Basking Ridge, NJ and ranked consistently as of the largest minority owned (MBE) growing IT staffing firm in the US. Founded in 1996, Sham has steered Collabera through his leadership, guidance and customer driven focus, to its present size of over 60+ locations and 14,000+ employees worldwide and operations in USA, Canada, UK, Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia and India; working with leading Fortune 500 companies across various domains.Sham Patel’s vast experience and business acumen are the primary drivers of Collabera’s extraordinary growth and high customer satisfaction over the last 20 years. His reach extends from the Delivery Organization to Administration, HR, Training, Legal, Audit, Purchasing, Finance and Accounting.

Throughout my career I’ve had amazing experiences working on business strategies and organizational design in the digital/AI space. Prior to joining Collabera, I worked at Cognizant for over 18 years. During my time there, I was a member of their executive leadership team and served as Global Markets Leader where I drove multi-billion dollar growth in their Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Analytics, IoT and Interactive businesses.

When I am not working, I love spending time with my wife, daughter and a rather boisterous German Shepherd dog. I enjoy traveling, reading, music, and playing a good game of golf.

Kapil Sharma is a Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at Collabera. He has worked as National Sales Manager at Collabera, Head - Sales and Client management at Collabera, and Regional Account Manager at Collabera. Kapil studied at Nirma Institute of Management Studies, Ahmedabad between 2004 and 2006; College of Engineering and Technology, Amravati between 2000 and 2004; and ASIA English School.

Trixie Gular is a Chief Executive Officer at Collabera. She studied at Oxnard College between 1998 and 2004.
