The technician will use both standard procedures and adapted processes to support specific projects and routine operations, while collaborating with maintenance staff to ensure smooth equipment functioning. Key Responsibilities: Perform laboratory analyses using established methods and adapt processes as needed. Plan and execute tasks in accordance with production or test schedules. Collaborate with maintenance personnel on equipment repairs and modifications. Conduct specific projects under the guidance of technical specialists (e.g., chemists). Record data, observations, and conclusions from experiments and tests. Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., chemistry) Will accept recent college graduates Experience Required: Capable of performing routine tasks and willing to be trained in basic ion exchange technologies. Strong inductive and deductive reasoning skills. Ability to recognize and report problems. A self-starter who can handle multiple projects simultaneously. Must be able to work in a fast pace environment. Physical Requirements: Constant ability to sit, stand, hear, and see. Frequent ability to walk, write, and type. Occasional ability to bend, carry, push, pull, reach, and operate stairs. Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
