Brian managed the Service organizations for Rich Relevance, the leading provider of personalized shopping experiences for the world’s largest and most innovative retail brands. Brian has achieved very high retention rates of clients, and 100% year over year growth of clients.

During his 25+ years with Accenture, Brian held multiple roles and led successful strategy through delivery programs in complex global environments, especially in Asia. He has successfully delivered multi-year programs while achieving expected ROI.

In Brian’s most recent role at Accenture as the Managing Partner - Global Communications, Media and High Tech, Customer Service and Support, Brian created and grew a new practice to $214 million in annual sales. Each year Brian and his team of executives exceeded their targets in sales generated, thought leadership established, client quality delivered, and client benefits achieved.

Brian's research and insights have been highlighted in many journals and he frequently speaks at industry conferences.

Brian holds a B.A. degree with honors in Economics from Stanford University. He and his wife and two children live in the San Francisco East Bay with a Caviler King Charles Spaniel that runs the home. Brian enjoys scuba diving, basketball and travel.
