Under the direction of the Program Manager, the Wellness Associate provides supportive services for guests to have a meaningful and successful stay; to learn crisis coping skills and to work towards realizing their full potential. During their stay guests will work on a Wellness Plan and be linked to services and resources within their community in collaboration with the Wellness Respite Associate. Wellness Respites offer stays for up to ten days and provide an open-door setting where guests can continue their daily activities. This program provides an alternative to hospitalization for individuals who are in crisis.
Highlights:
* Follows team protocol for charting and recording current treatment information for guests. This includes ongoing documentation of current medications and follow-up appointments.
* Maintains accurate records related to the service plan and support services provided.
* Maintains a working relationship with all guests and provides residential (guest) counselling.
* Supports guests to identify and develop coping strategies related to daily stresses, encouraging guests towards their personal vision of recovery, and supporting and assisting the achievement of personal goals.

CSPNJ a mental health nonprofit agency is looking for a part-time Wellness Mentor. Under the direction of the Wellness Center Manager, the Wellness Mentor acts as a leader and role model for members, visitors, and community members. The Mentor understands the center's mission as well as basic principles of wellness, recovery and peer support. This position works directly with the Center Manager and in collaboration with the members to plan, implement, and maintain Wellness Center operations.
HIGHLIGHTS
Collaborate with center manager and members to plan and conduct all aspects of day-to-day operations of the center.
Work with the center manager to meet and identify the needs of the community and to make connections with other organizations and agencies.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of community resources and agencies to ensure members have access to referrals for substance use recovery agencies, food banks, financial support agencies, and more.

Requirements
High School Diploma or GED.
Peer Certification preferred.

The Mobile Resource Specialist is responsible for identifying unsheltered homeless individuals through direct street outreach and to build relationships, provide advocacy, and assist with connecting individuals to services and housing; provides community resource information and make appropriate referrals and follow up on referrals and provide any other referrals needed by the community. The focus of this work is to connect clients with resources and services to assist them in stabilizing their homeless, mental health and primary health situations. 90% of time will be spent out in the community engaging unhoused individuals.
HIGHLIGHTS:
Responsible for identifying people experiencing unsheltered homelessness in designated County.
Builds relationships with people experiencing unsheltered homelessness, providing advocacy, and assisting with connecting individuals to services and housing.

Under the direction of the Program Manager, the Wellness Associate provides supportive services for guests to have a meaningful and successful stay; to learn crisis coping skills and to work towards realizing their full potential. During their stay guests will work on a Wellness Plan and be linked to services and resources within their community in collaboration with the Wellness Respite Associate. Wellness Respites offer stays for up to ten days and provide an open-door setting where guests can continue their daily activities. This program provides an alternative to hospitalization for individuals who are in crisis.
Highlights:
Follows team protocol for charting and recording current treatment information for guests. This includes ongoing documentation of current medications and follow-up appointments.
Maintains accurate records related to the service plan and support services provided.

In this role, the Enhanced Support Worker will work mainly in the field (70-80%) meeting with residents on their service plans and assessing their needs.
