What will you do?

• Ensure an excellent customer service experience for PosiGen customers to resolve their past due accounts.
• Receive incoming and make outbound calls to customers in arrears to discuss payment options
• Advise and influence customers on the payment options for debt recovery
• Manage customers who are resistant to agent contact by remaining polite, tactful, honest and firm
• Handle escalated customer calls and address any collection issues expediently to ensure customer satisfaction

• Have knowledge of billing, collections, and customer service procedures

Job description

Foursight Capital is currently seeking a talented individual to fill the position of Account Manager/Collections Agent .

As an Account Manager/Collections Agent, you will perform recovery efforts to minimize losses on accounts identified as being delinquent. You'll have a portfolio of accounts that you will locate and negotiate with customers to find an affordable repayment solution, enabling customers to free themselves of a headache and you to achieve your monthly goals. Having a consistent portfolio of accounts allows you to build and develop relationships with your customers and uniquely identify ways to help bring their delinquent accounts into a current status over time.

Pay: $18.00/hr

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00AM-5:00PM

Job Duties:

• Reviews and monitors delinquent accounts daily and maintains losses at or below established guidelines for assigned job duties.
• Properly and accurately documents all account activities.
• Initiates contact with customers in an effort to satisfy any deficient balances.
• Makes recommendations to management of accounts needing additional attention.
• Maintaining a positive and mutually beneficial cohesion within your team.
• May assist other related departments as required by business needs.
• Ensures compliance with Foursight's policies & procedures as well as state and federal regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required experience/education :

• Customer Service: 1 year
• High school or equivalent
• Interpersonal skills promoting a team environment.
• Six (6) months office experience or equivalent education and training.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Outstanding phone and negotiation skills.

Preferred experience/education :

• One year of collections or sales experience

The Collections Agent - Remote - Work From Home will pursue past-due accounts according to the Company's Standard Operating Procedures and governmental regulations in order to achieve delinquency objectives without sacrificing customer service standards. Other duties may be assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Persuades delinquent customers to establish repayment terms using computer system and various collection software while using professionalism, tact and adhering to all applicable collection laws.
* Achieves production goals and standards for servicing delinquent accounts without sacrificing quality of service.
* Follows Client Operating Standards, State and Federal Legal Requirements and Regulation in regard to Collections.
* Accurately and thoroughly notates each account with efforts performed and results attained.
* Handles PCI Data confidentially and securely.

Collector Agent pay rate is $13.00 - $14.00 based on experience

Spanish Bilingual Collector Agent pay rate is $15.00 - $16.00 based on experience. (Spanish test is required)

Remote WFH Collector Training Classes Starting in February 2022

Required Skills

Minimum Qualifications:

* 2+ years' experience in Debt Collections
* Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to multi-task in a production driven environment
* Must be comfortable navigating between multiple computer screens and systems
* High School Diploma/GED required
* Must be 18 years of age or older
