What will you do?

Job description
Foursight Capital is currently seeking a talented individual to fill the position of Account Manager/Collections Agent .
As an Account Manager/Collections Agent, you will perform recovery efforts to minimize losses on accounts identified as being delinquent. You'll have a portfolio of accounts that you will locate and negotiate with customers to find an affordable repayment solution, enabling customers to free themselves of a headache and you to achieve your monthly goals. Having a consistent portfolio of accounts allows you to build and develop relationships with your customers and uniquely identify ways to help bring their delinquent accounts into a current status over time.
Pay: $18.00/hr
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00AM-5:00PM
Job Duties:
- Reviews and monitors delinquent accounts daily and maintains losses at or below established guidelines for assigned job duties.
- Properly and accurately documents all account activities.
- Initiates contact with customers in an effort to satisfy any deficient balances.
- Makes recommendations to management of accounts needing additional attention.
- Maintaining a positive and mutually beneficial cohesion within your team.
- May assist other related departments as required by business needs.
- Ensures compliance with Foursight's policies & procedures as well as state and federal regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required experience/education :
- Customer Service: 1 year
- High school or equivalent
- Interpersonal skills promoting a team environment.
- Six (6) months office experience or equivalent education and training.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Outstanding phone and negotiation skills.
Preferred experience/education :
- One year of collections or sales experience
