SUMMARY:
Manages the day-to-day collections of a portfolio of credit lines and consumer and personal loans both secured and unsecured. Maintains a comprehensive knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations relating to collections and ensure that the Bank's policies and procedures are compliant with the same. Prepares files as an account progresses in delinquency and make recommendations to management as to the required action needed to secure possession of our collateral and/or payment of the past due amount.

Completes Skip Trace on accounts to locate customers for which you have not established phone contact to verify phone number, address, place of employment for the maker and co-maker(s) on the account.
Reviews all bank systems as needed (FIS/IBS, Image Centre, etc.) to determine the scope of the customer relationship as well as facilitate in the collection of the account.
Prepares necessary documentation for modifications, extensions, and file evaluation.
Negotiates payment arrangement with borrower(s).
Maintains detailed tracking log on all accounts as you work through the collection process.
Processes GL and Payment Tickets as applicable when payment is received.
Researches and resolve billing and/or payment disputes on assigned accounts.
Verifies "Proof of Insurance" for collateralized loans as needed.
Orders appraisals when appropriate.
Analyzes loan/collateral file to make recommendation for appropriate action.
Reviews personal credit and asset reports to make recommendations as to appropriate strategy.
Organizes and prepare files to be referred for repossession and/or foreclosure.
Makes appropriate file notations for all correspondence and any other events to Intellect system.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing. Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Agent to join our facility. The Cultivation Agent is responsible for providing on-site cultivation for one or more medical cannabis gardens. Completion of tasks assigned by the Cultivation Team Lead to monitor and maintain plant production and health. Maintain quality control measures to ensure high quality product. Maintain organization, cleanliness and efficiency of production area. Main duties will entail carrying out day-to-day plant care including watering, pruning, and trimming. Must monitor and maintain plant production and quality control measures in accordance with the commonwealth and standards set by Cresco Labs.
CORE JOB DUTIES
Plant Care:
Ensure plant health by pruning, topping, trimming, according to Cresco Labs policy, as well as any other tasks required
Moving plants in an orderly, time efficient manner from one area of the cultivation facility to another
Moving Rockwool for transplanting plants
Transplanting smaller plants into bigger pots
Facility Cleaning:
Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe cultivation facility, including the safe disposal of waste.
Responsible for the cleanliness of all cultivation equipment and tools including light reflectors, containers, mixing tools, application tools, and ventilation equipment
Reports and Documentation:
Assist the Cultivation Manager with tracking plants from birth to harvest by ensuring proper and accurate documentation for applicable activities
Ensure accurate documentation of all plant tracking numbers, lot numbers, and all other applicable information
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
Two years experience in general production, preferably a regulated field producing for human consumption. Or, any satisfactory combination of experience and training which clearly demonstrates the ability to perform the above-described duties.

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Agent to join our facility. The Cultivation Agent is responsible for providing on-site cultivation for one or more medical cannabis gardens. Completion of tasks assigned by the Cultivation Team Lead to monitor and maintain plant production and health. Maintain quality control measures to ensure high quality product. Maintain organization, cleanliness and efficiency of production area. Main duties will entail carrying out day-to-day plant care including watering, pruning, and trimming. Must monitor and maintain plant production and quality control measures in accordance with the commonwealth and standards set by Cresco Labs.
CORE JOB DUTIES
Plant Care:
Ensure plant health by pruning, topping, trimming, according to Cresco Labs policy, as well as any other tasks required
Moving plants in an orderly, time efficient manner from one area of the cultivation facility to another
Moving Rockwool for transplanting plants
Transplanting smaller plants into bigger pots
Facility Cleaning:
Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe cultivation facility, including the safe disposal of waste.
Responsible for the cleanliness of all cultivation equipment and tools including light reflectors, containers, mixing tools, application tools, and ventilation equipment
Reports and Documentation:
Assist the Cultivation Manager with tracking plants from birth to harvest by ensuring proper and accurate documentation for applicable activities
Ensure accurate documentation of all plant tracking numbers, lot numbers, and all other applicable information
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
Two years experience in general production, preferably a regulated field producing for human consumption. Or, any satisfactory combination of experience and training which clearly demonstrates the ability to perform the above-described duties.
Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
Ability to perform the job duties in indoor and greenhouse climates of varying weather conditions
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

We are currently looking for a Collections Representative to deliver a high level of customer service by helping to resolve delinquent customer accounts.
Responsibilities
Initiate collection activities on past due accounts (calls, letters, and emails) and follow-up on all items
Process credit card payments including posting to accounts and logging activity
Provide a high level of customer account management by properly maintaining account information and data
Communicate with Customer Service Center (CSC) employees to verify and correct posted items when necessary
Resolve all dispute cases to a mutual satisfactory end between the customer and company

The Medina County District Library is seeking a friendly, energetic individual to join its Collection Resources department, located at our Medina branch. Tasks require manual dexterity, great attention to detail, and excellent handwriting. Duties include processing new material by applying appropriate labels, writing numbers on items, applying tape when necessary, and sorting and packing crates of materials. Other assignments include unpacking and checking in new materials, repairing items and making deliveries around the Medina building.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 16 years of age or older. Ability to communicate effectively, interact and respond appropriately to patrons, staff, community and vendors; and be a team member. Ability to follow both written and oral instruction; along with aptitude for detailed work. Working conditions vary from standing, sitting, walking, lifting, carrying and moving materials by hand and on carts. Ability to lift up to 25 - 50 lbs. repetitively, with or without accommodation. Ability to use office equipment.
