Role Summary/Purpose:
As a Manager, Collections Remediation Analytics you will have the opportunity to work on major Remediation projects within the Collections Analytics. In this role you will have the responsibility of understanding the Business Requirement and build complex logics to identify and remediate the impacted population. This role will provide a platform to Drive and Manage various projects within the framework of remediation analytics.This position is remote, where you have the option to work from home. On occasion we may request for you to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and culture events. Essential Responsibilities:
Support audits via documentation of code and analytic outcomes and as extraction of data.Develop & present recommendations on financial remediation paths based on available data resources.Lead/drive projects partnering with cross-functional teams.Ensure quality of deliverables by building controls to ensure accuracy Develop Advanced SAS and/or SQL code, visual basic macros, business object or other query tools.Work on a number of different projects simultaneously, of varying complexity and length. Establishing priorities and coordinating work Liaise with India/US teams collaboratively to deliver on projects through appropriate management of time and resources Proactively manage efforts to maintain stakeholder satisfaction, and quantify project benefits delivered.Adhere to SOW requirements Develop and support Best-in-class analytic solutions/algorithms. Provide thought leadership in various initiatives/projects.Provide local mentoring/training/guidance to the Analytical staff. Work & Influence Senior Management on new tools/solutions built by the team.Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics/Statistics, Operations Research, Economics, Computer Science/Engineering or other quantitative majors with 4+ years of experience in Analytics domain or in lieu or a degree, 6+ years of experience in Analytics domain.Minimum 4 years of SAS programming experience.Experience in working on various data warehouses like CDCI, PDR, RDW, COLLP, Vision Plus, CLPB2.Strong written/oral communication skills.Able to work hours that compliment US, not necessarily match but have some degree of overlap For Internal Applicants: Understand the criteria or mandatory skills required for the role, before applying.Inform your Manager or HRM before applying for any role on Workday.Ensure that your Professional Profile is updated (fields such as Education, Prior experience, Other skills) and it is mandatory to upload your updated resume (Word or PDF format) Must not be any corrective action plan (First Formal/Final Formal, PIP) Employees who have completed 18 months in the organization and 12 months in current role and level are only eligible.Level 8+ employees can apply

Intelligence Analysts responsible for researching, developing, and presenting intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders including: CT and regional analysis, GEOINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT/PAI, political/military analysis and support to targeting. Intelligence analysts shall interface with other intelligence organizations to fully prepare teams for exploitation of enemy personnel, as well as prepare post screening analytical products and assessments supporting targeting efforts, and threat analysis. Intelligence Analysts are responsible for the production of intelligence assessments and products in support of deployed SOF Task Forces to enable the F3EAD targeting cycle.

Employees must maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones. Deployments may be to a theater of operations with permissive, uncertain, or hostile environments while living in austere conditions for extended periods.

Job Responsibilities:

Expert Intelligence Collection Manager (CM) shall have advanced targeting skills and firsthand experience targeting networks, individuals within networks, and identifying vulnerabilities for exploitation. Intelligence analysts shall have a deep understanding of the F3EAD targeting cycle as well as the current data, tools, and techniques used for each phase of targeting. Advanced Microsoft Office skills and proficiency using current analytic tools, databases and Intelligence and operational systems is required.

Qualifications

Job Requirements: Expert Intelligence Collection Manager (CM) shall possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum of ten (10) years analytical experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with five (5) years at the operational level.
• Shall be highly proficient in utilizing current intelligence related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product development.
• Shall possess strong briefing skills.
• Strong background and firsthand experience is required in Collection Management and/or Intelligence Reporting, including doctrine, policy, procedures, oversight, tactical, theater and national-level coordination.
• In-depth knowledge of SOF and or CT intelligence experience is highly desirable.
• Current Top Secret clearance and SCI eligible.
• Must possess a valid US passport
• Must be able to pass all pre-deployment requirements including a medical, dental, psychological, background, credit, and security screens as deemed necessary to be considered deployable.
• Must be able to obtain all required immunizations deemed necessary by the contract.
