What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and experienced in revenue cycle management (RCM), bringing at least 2 years of expertise in insurance follow up/collections, payer trends analysis, and accounts receivable management.
Key qualifications include:
Proficiency in reviewing medical records, EOBs, appeals, and insurance claims follow-ups for commercial and government payers.
Advanced skills in Excel, including filtering, sorting, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs.
Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance billing and authorizations. High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
Must pass a 10-panel drug screen, pass a credit check, and successfully complete an Excel assessment focusing on VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a member of the collection staff, you will be responsible for achieving recovery goals by making outbound and handling inbound collection calls. What to Expect?
The Regional Accounts Receivable Specialist supervises accounts receivable collections for multiple sales centers within specified region.
On a daily basis our Regional A/R Manager:
Analyzes aging reports to determine what collection steps are needed.
Independently reviews and analyzes accounts to determine what follow up and/or actions are needed
Reviews A/R weekly with Division Credit Manager and communicates account status to the Sales Center, Regional and General Manager.
Accurately processes and records in credit notes all contact, attempts to contact and any other pertinent information including payments to customer accounts, on a daily basis.
Ensures all follow-up calls are made daily on accounts with payment commitments, payment plans, etc. Includes reminder calls and correspondence to customers.
Works in conjunction with the Division Credit Manager to determine the most appropriate method to approach customers that have not paid according to Horizon terms and Negotiates payment schedules and adjustments within division guidelines
Completes all necessary paperwork to ensure maximum collections i.e., lien releases, stop notices, bond claims, mechanic liens, etc.
Ensures that NSF policy is adhered to including initial calls, letters and involvement with UTA or law enforcement if necessary.
Processes credit applications ensuring that they are completed correctly. Forwards to DCM within 3 business days.
Prepares account and customer information in preparation of monthly reviews with Divisional Credit Manager.
Works in conjunction with the Division Credit Manager to determine the most appropriate method to approach customers that have not paid according to POOLCORP terms.
Prepares Daily A/R payments and submit to the CAC by following all Pool Corp guidelines and Policy & Procedures
Performs other job duties as assigned.

Perform duties to collect Home Infusion claims, focusing on accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to processes to reduce denial rate, DSO, and bad debt. Recognize additional revenue opportunities and improve collection rates; perform revenue cycle collection duties within standard or accepted practice limits. The position is 100% remote.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Review claims with outstanding balances and identify actions to collect revenues successfully. Follow up with insurers and patients to collect outstanding balances in an environment that builds enduring customer and business relationships. Utilize Payer Portals via the Internet for claim disposition.
Review documents received, including Explanations of Benefits (EOBs), Remittance advice (RAs), and other documents indicating denials or claims acceptance. Identify reasons for denials, take required corrective action, and take ownership of claims through to timely, successful collection.
Analyze denials, identify trends, and recommend process improvement opportunities that will result in DSO reduction, superior collection rate, intervals reduced bad debt, and simplified processes responsive to specific payers' requirements.

Communicate effectively with franchise partners and other VCI departments regarding the status of collections. Resolve payer issues/concerns timely.
Document case activity, communications, and correspondence in the computer system to ensure completeness and accuracy of account activity and actions taken to resolve outstanding claims issues. Schedule follow-ups in required intervals.
Investigate and verify benefits for pharmacy and medical third-party claims.
Communicate billing problems found during the collection process to avoid the same issues in the future.

2-5 years of home infusion billing and/or collections experience required.
High School Diploma and additional specialized intake, pharmacy/medical billing, and/or collections training.
2 years minimum experience in home infusion therapy is required.
Previous remote work environment is a plus but not required.
Detailed oriented with post-billing and post-payment investigative experience preferred.

* Develop a detailed bid analysis including a bid breakdown and scope verification
* Procure all equipment on either EIG purchase orders or as agent for our clients
* Development of a sequence procurement plan that aligns with the project schedule
* Facilitate final design review meeting with our clients end user and the engineering firms to assure that all specifications and data sheets are correct
* Development of detailed RFQ's that identify all requirements associated with each piece of equipment
Qualifications
We are looking for a flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines. The successful candidate will possess:
* MEP Procurement experience required.
* Excellent listening and strong communication skills.
* Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
* Ability to create and support team morale.
* Demonstrated understanding of building processes and systems.
* Work scope requires complete understanding of cost estimating, budgeting and forecasting.
* Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (Prolog or similar), accounting cost management software (CMIC or similar), and scheduling software (Primavera or similar).
* 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, preferably within EIG's core markets.
* Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
