    This person will be tasked with handling all of the administrative activities related to the TRAC Services customer billing. The primary areas of focus for this role will be in creating and distributing invoices to customers (TRAC Services AR). The individual will support the management & control of onsite equipment at a facility utilizing Depot Systems, proprietary TRAC software and Microsoft products specifically Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook. This person may also need to perform various ad hoc tasks in support of the record and data maintenance for a TRAC Services site. The individual will liaise with site staff to ensure accuracy of the facility endeavors. Responsibilities: Creating and sending M&R invoices to multiple different customers. Ensure each invoice is complete and meets all the customer requirements. Follow up on any rejections and errors. Processing invoices to be paid.
