I spend my days as the Chief Client Officer and Cofounder of Collective Bias (CB), a Shopper Social Media™ platform, based in Bentonville, Arkansas, connecting authentic, real-life influencer content with key audiences to impact results at retail channels . Since starting CB, my focus has been on developing strategic online, mobile and social shopper solutions for her clients. I have over 13 years Shopper Marketing experience working for national CPG brands and retailers, including Newell-Rubbermaid, Colgate-Palmolive, ConAgra Foods, Abbott Nutrition, Walmart, Sam's Club, Kroger and Safeway. I was honored by the Arkansas Business and NWA Business Journal's \'40 under 40\' lists, and recognized as one of 13 female entrepreneurs who helped build companies on Forbes' list of America's Most Promising Companies.

My passions away from work include serving on the Board of Directors for the NWA Mercy Health System and Arvest Bank. I have served as President of the Rogers Public Education Foundation for the last 2 years and support the Network of Executive Women on a local and national level.
