A seasoned lawyer, executive, and board member, Ron provides practical, timely, advice on legal, regulatory, compliance, business, and policy matters.

Abbie serves as Collective Health’s Chief People Officer. She is passionate about engaging and developing employees, unlocking the capability of leaders, and protecting and evolving company culture as key levers to grow businesses. Abbie has spent more than 20 years working for companies like IBM, eBay, PayPal, and most recently, Splunk. She holds a B.A. in Government and Spanish from Skidmore College and an MBA from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington.

Max serves as Collective Health’s Chief Technology Officer. He is passionate about solving tough problems by building best-in-class technology. Prior to joining Collective Health, Max served as the EVP of Digital Worker Ecosystem at Automation Anywhere. Before that he worked for companies like Apple, Atlassian, and eBay. Max holds a B.S. in Computer Science and M.S. in Engineering Management from Santa Clara University and is a combat veteran having served as an Intelligence Officer in the US Army and US Army Reserves.

Prior to joining Collective Health, Ari was an Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine at the University of California San Francisco, where he held several leadership roles including Value Improvement Director for Hospital Medicine and Medical Director of the hospitalist program at St. Mary's.

With a stellar track record of success in catalyzing growth for health care organizations and advancing healthcare policy, Jennifer Danielson provides a well-rounded background spanning P&L, Government/Regulatory, Legal, and M&A. For over 20 years, she has advised policy leaders on health competition and impacts, earning her the reputation as a national influencer in advancing policy.
