    The Head Coach is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Bethel College team within the guidelines set forth by Bethel College, the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC) and the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA). You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping students gain admission into top universities. As a College Counselor, you will be expected to: Guide students in creating strong, balanced college lists tailored to their interests, strengths, and goals. Advise on academic planning, extracurricular pursuits, and summer opportunities to strengthen student profiles. Provide strategic support in application planning, including timelines, essays, and supplemental materials. Conduct mock interviews and prepare students for admissions conversations.
