Job Responsibilities: Oversee the entire Junior High School Track Program. Is knowledgeable about the game, particularly game management, and rules. Develop, monitor, supervise, and train student-athletes to play competitive track. Develop and execute an effective training program. Motivate and mentor student-athletes on and off the track. Instruct and guide student-athletes in fundamental skills, strategies, and physical training necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success. Instruct and guide student-athletes to lead them to the formulation and enhancement of moral values, pride of accomplishment, acceptable social behavior, self-discipline, and self-confidence. Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and skills development. Manage game strategies and proper game day procedures. Ensure the safety and well-being of student-athletes. Cooperate, in a timely manner, with School Athletic Director and the District Athletic Department in regard to requests for information that might be pertinent and/or periodically required. STAR Rush Cincinnati is seeking an experienced Head Soccer Coach in Cincinnati, Ohio. STAR Rush is a competitive youth soccer Club located in Greater Cincinnati. The club is a non-profit organization that offers youth soccer programs to children ages 3 through 19 years old.
