As a Mover - Junk Remover, you are the first point of contact for clients on the job.
Essential duties:
Go out of your way to be friendly (smile, eye contact, small-talk) to everyone whom you come in contact with throughout the day - especially your clients.
Look, act and become a friendly college hunk - starting with the uniform (shirt tucked in, hat straight, pants at waist), and continuing with your attitude (smiles and eye contact).
Educate clients about pricing and services and the benefit to them prior to giving an estimate, ensuring 110% satisfaction.
SAFELY operate at all times.
Make sure all daily truck inspections are performed (tire pressure, oil, equipment, etc).
Make sure truck has enough receipts, safety equipment and marketing material.
Price jobs aggressively, meeting and surpassing benchmarks.
Be able to make logistical decisions (when to dispose, what to donate or recycle, how to best complete a job, how to package items and load a truck, how to market during downtime).
Lead your team by relevant example, showing them what the core values of the company are all about.
Help to train new hires about the day to day operations and core values.
Complete Daily Checklists.
Prevent careless and costly mistakes, including damage, injury, unhappy clients, lost equipment, etc.
Check in regularly throughout the day with direct supervisor for additional assignments and troubleshooting guidance

The GCCC Public Safety Senior Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day functions of securing, directing, and promoting security and public safety on the campus of the Greater Columbus Convention Center. Public Safety Officers are assigned to greet guests as they arrive, check bags, perform visual checks of guests and materials, manage crowds, secure doors, monitor specific locations throughout the venue, and act as roving or posted security. As the "eyes and ears" of the venue, Public Safety Officers are expected to keep a close watch on the crowd and intervene in situations when appropriate. Public Safety Officers are on the "front line" of customer service and public safety and will experience the excitement and energy of the event and the satisfaction of interacting with the public. Assists in event related activities as required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Greets guests as they enter and leave the facilities.
Answers questions, resolves complaints, and gives directions.
Enforces venue policies and procedures.
Reports suspicious activity and violations of campus policy.
Responds to guest conflicts, medical situations, and other incidents.
Provides crowd management and assists with crowd movement.
Secures locations and prohibits access to unauthorized individuals.
Challenges unauthorized personnel in restricted areas.
Follows established code of conduct and safety procedures.
Provides exceptional service to all patrons.
Performs regular and routine security rounds of the campus (noting and correcting unsafe or unsecure conditions) and takes immediate action to correct conditions as needed.

**What you will do:**
As a Team Lead in the Custom Paint department, you will the repair of components and machines. You will engage frequently with the fabrications leadership group to ensure structures are prioritized. You will be responsible for operator safety. You will prepare and apply powder coat and liquid paint and other coatings to interior and exterior surfaces as needed. You will routinely make paint-related repairs to prime product prior to PDI. You may occasionally be required to coat custom fabricated structures, racking, vehicles, etc. You will follow all required safety procedures at all times.

Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required.
Assist site directors and leaders to care for, supervise, guide and assist students during child care, crafts, art projects, games and other activities to provide developmental stimulation and meet the children's needs. Monitor student behavior during activities, effectively handle student discipline situations and encourage and support positive behavior.
Assist site directors and leaders to observe the children and monitor the security of the building at all times to ensure the children's health and safety. Provide general First Aid when needed.
Assist with creating interesting activities that ensure participation of students.
Assist site directors and leaders to communicate with parents, staff, teachers and the site director regarding child or program issues. Record attendance.
Assist site directors and leaders to call parents to get authorization for an unauthorized adult to pick up the student from the program. Check identification of adults.
Assist site directors and leaders to open and close school buildings and secure school buildings at the end of the program by locking doors and turning off lights.
Assist site directors and leaders to prepare snacks and clean the activity and kitchen areas after use.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Requires the ability to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods.
Occasionally requires the ability to manually move, lift, carry, pull, or push heavy objects or materials.
Occasionally requires the ability to stoop, bend, and reach.
Must be able to work in noisy and crowded environments.
Must be able to work indoors and outdoors year-round.
Education and Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent, for Leads.
Criminal background check required.
Experience in working with school age children is preferred.
Criminal background check required.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be qualified based on Department of Human Services regulations.
Demonstrate the ability to work with children.
Must have at least 3 months (460 hours) of full-time or equivalent part-time satisfactory and verifiable experience with school-age children.
Must be willing to complete onsite or offsite training to be in compliance with regulations.
Technical Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Basic first aid skills preferred.
Personal computer and keyboarding skills.
Ability to diffuse and manage stressful situations with students.
Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.
