Working at College Works Painting

I thought the pros of working at College Works Painting were the work environment, money I made, and the amount I learned

In my experience, the cons of College Works Painting are limited but I will say that a lot of your work is dependent on your schedule. It's not like you're working a 9-5 everyday and you know what's coming, rather it's really flexibile and some times I'd be free during the day or busy at night but that's also because that is what worked best for me.

My favorite benefits at College Works Painting are the payroll friday events and the go big events. The special events and dinners we go on and enjoy are extremely worth it. It has been awesome to be so young and experience the things I have

They're very outgoing and assertive. They're not afraid to let you know what you need to work and improve upon. The leadership team goes above and beyond when making sure everyone is taken care of.

I'd improve the company culture by making everyone in every division try to have more events together. I feel certain division have a certain culture which is great, but the cultures don't combine too often.

I prepared for an interview by dressing nicely, keeping a notepad, having a resume handy, and dependent on the interview I had to have some homework prepared for it.

Compared to the industry average (especially within internships) it's a lot more than what you may think.

I feel the representation of diverse demographics within my organization is the best it can be. Many students are within the company because it's an internship. Other people from ages 18-30 could do it but it just doesn't mean the same.

The most fulfilling part about working here is the team you're constantly with. They are always by your side and are very similar to you not only now but for future goals and aspirations too.
