PHYSICAL DEMANDS ANALYSIS: Summary The House Person works indoors and outdoors on a regular basis. This position requires continuous standing, walking, lifting, carrying, bending and reaching throughout the entire shift. Hazards may include, but are not limited to, slipping and tripping, and exposure to variable temperatures, weather elements, blood borne pathogens and standard cleaning chemicals. Compensation & Benefits The target pay range for this position is $14 per hou. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with great flexibility. Some weekends or evenings may be required. Positions based in Illinois or Minnesota may be eligible for Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) or Paid Time Off (PTO) in accordance with applicable state and local laws.
