My teammates were amazing!
Leadership is a dictatorship by family and close friends. There is no genuine care for the staff. Toxic behavior is tolerated, welcomed and defended at all costs. You can scream at your employees, share their private/HIPPA protected information and force them work on maternity leave without feeling bad about it. Then get angry when they can’t get the work done. Work life balance, doesn’t exist. If you do try then you’re punished- if you’re not the Senior leaders family or friends.
